Chief Complaints:.his feelings reciprocate his wife feelings ie both happiness n sorrow.

When she is in pain ,he feels like dying .

His hand shivers while treating her.

Relevant History:

Cant see her wounds,a single cut on her lit up his body on fire.

Teary eyed all d time + soaked the parting letter with tears

On examination.

Gt hypnotised by looking at her.

His heart beating fast at her sight.

Seems lost.

Investigation:

Echo shows cardiac hypertrophy.

ECG shows elevation of st segment due to over stressing

Diagnosis:

LOVERIA

You doc do converse with sedated patients ,

Loved the scene where he bends to hear her , n where she calls him to come near to hear her speak

Will never get a scene like that when both are in senses
