Didn't find that kiss wrong. It was organic. The writer-director handled a very sensitive topic without hurting anybody's sentiments. Nobody's wrong in Sir, except the circumstances. I shudder to think what this movie would have been in a less careful writer.
Also commendable is that it's just a 2nd movie of writer-director Rohena Gera... Loved her BTS talk about the movie as well š

*SPOILER ALERT*
Him kissing her was wrong, when she showed no signs of interest in him and clearly wanted him to stop.
She was also in a vulnerable place, since he was her boss. The power equation meant that she could never openly defy him or reject him.
It was a sad moment.
A seemingly educated guy like him should have known better.
As much as I loved the movie I agree. That part made me uncomfortable. Power equation is so important and I wish the writers would've thought of that.
Maybe my expectations were too high but I didn't love the film. Performance by Tillotama Shome was OUTSTANDING and it's worth watching for her, but the film left a lot to be desired. The scenes and characters just aren't engaging enough to justify the achingly slow pace of the film. It wasn't gritty enough, it wasn't romantic enough, it just didn't have that arc and just fell short to me.

Pretty much agree with all of this. She was phenomenal, moulded in to the role so well. And like it was nice, but the pace of the movie annoyed me. Loved the way it ended but predicted the ending as soon as the phone rings. A good movie and I really did enjoy all the subtleties but this had the potential to be even more.
*Spoilers*
I loved this movie sooo much!!! What a fab performance by the leading lady! Such a well directed movie. Loved the subtle ness in the scenes, nothing too overly dramatic. I think the guy was decent too. My fav bit is when he asks her, kuch feel nahi hota when sheās sitting down and having lunch with the other helps. I felt that was love talking, his helplessness perhaps made him say that. Loved what she had to say in return as well, so dignified.
I wish they come up with a Part -2. Will make for an interesting watch.
Just watched after seeing good reviews here.. Lovely story and Tilottama was fabulous
