I don't think people here understand CONSENT. The moment consent is dropped, irrespective of gender, any advances need to be stopped. I don't follow the show, watch random clips. But to say that before he was enjoying so now he needs to suffer all her advances is wrong. Even in a married couple, if a wife does not want to have sex, even if she had before, and husband forces himself on her without her consent it is wrong!! It is so sad to see so many educated people not able to understand this simple thing. A prostitute, irrespective of her job, has right to consent, a wife has a right to consent and a man has right to consent. Now to see the level of previous advances (of casual flirt talks for fun) and the recent advance (of touching someone's inner garment) there is a difference. You may like Abhinav or you may hate him, but you cannot question his "uncomfortableness". He should have taken the full class on rakhi like he bash and pick on every single thing of rubinav. Its a big issue and was not taken seriously. People are trying to underplay this sexual harassment by either blaming and shaming the victim or by saying she was joking! Sexual harassment in any form towards anybody is NOT joke! Ask the people who have suffered and have gone through this! Sad people are not u derstandimg because of the partial view they have about the person who is being harassed!!

It's like saying a girl allowed another boy to joke with her, & when the boy crossed his boundaries in the name of joke even after the girl objected & asked him to stop, then blaming the girl for playing along with him before.

Simply put, NO MEANS NO. Abhinav might have played along before, but when he objected, Rakhi should've stopped, simple. But she continued, means she harassed him & Abhinav is a victim of harassment. There's no defending/no explanation goes around here, Rakhi harassed Abhinav & he's a victim of harassment and he's NOT AT FAULT, because he objected & then whatever continued, it continued WITHOUT his consent.

Kindly put aside your hatred for Rubina-Abhinav, & you'll understand what I meant.

I left watching the show a month back but since I saw a lot of shor on my timeline this week, I thought to dig in the matter.

I have to admit , I don't like abhinav and rubina but what happened with abhinav was totally wrong , unfair and uncalled. It was disgusting to another level. Rakhi should have been thrown out of the show on immediate basis. Why was such a behaviour tolerated, discussed or attempted to be justified?

What are we watching, promoting and supporting in the name of entertainment? Have the standards of the show gone so low ? Oh well!

Initially when she entered in the show , I thought rakhi is misunderstood and is just an over dramatic person but no , she lacks the basic sense.

Abhinav must have responded assertively to her flirtatious behaviour before , but that doesn't give her a license to sexually harass him ...a *NO* should be respected at all levels. Period !

And from what I saw , its rakhi who tried to use the couple for footage 😛 She could have used better means to showcase her so called entertaining side

A lesson for abhinav - choose your company wisely, its always better to be careful than to be sorry.

It sounded like he didn't watch the episodes, only read the script. But even after realizing that Rakhi was doing too much, he had to come back to the scripted dialogue. 😳

He changed tone towards rakhi when he realized that rakhi might go after him for entertainment and love lapata. He had legit after thoughts.
