Is the TRP that bad considering the time slot?

Like 7pm is totally non prime time and people feel difficulty to watch at this time.

Moreover colours prime time shows also are not fetching that good trps and are quite behind their competitors.

While immj2 is mostly slot leader.

Is it fix that if the trp are in this range 1.2-1.3 they will axe the show?

Any examples of shows continuing with this trp?

P.S Hoping the TRP increasesJust asking in case,cause it's sometimes difficult to bring old viewers back.
