Episode 174 - The Game is On!

Those who havent seen the episode yet, here are the highlights of episode 174 with my 2 cents.

Highlights:

Riddhima has managed to steal the file and come back again fooling Vansh. There is a dance between them where they two confront each other and that scene is . Kudos to Rrahul and Helly...both are in top form today. Vishal as usual nails again with Kabir's entertaining expressions. Meanwhile, Dadi blurts out a few truths, under the influence of truth serum causing a few funny moments.

Later, Vansh reveals to Ishani and Angre about Riddhima and says he will take care of this. Afterall Riddhima is his wife...not enemy. Meanwhile Riddhima shoos off Kabir when he tries to be all friendly.

Now, the opinion.

In today's episode and precap, the makers have done a decent job in explaining Riddhima's side of the story. The confrontation during the dance is mind-blowing.

Unlike before when Riddhima always hid her intentions in front of Vansh/Vihaan and went behind his back, causing misunderstandings, this time she has openly confronted him.

She wants the truth. Nothing but the truth. And she is clear about it. Ek anaath ke liye uske ma baap ki kya maine hota hain...kya yeh tum samajhte nahi ho Vansh? This time, she is clear about what she wants. She gives him a chance to speak but he diverts the topic.

In precap, she openly challenges Vansh. You tell me the truth. Or I will use my own methods to find it out.

Yesterday I was annoyed with her. But today, I am loving this Riddhima.

Now coming to Vansh.

Vansh's dilemma is understandable.

He loves Riddhima and does not want to lose her. Just like Riddhima once hesitated with the truth of being a spy, Vansh is feeling the same. He is scared to lose her. He communicates the same to her too.

But here's the thing. Vansh is no victim in this situation either. He too is playing his games alongside his declarations of love...just like his wife. He admits to Ishani that this whole remarriage is nothing but a facade to distract Riddhima.

For the first time, the field seems even between the two of them.

• Both are lying to each other and yet expecting the other to be transparent.

• Both are playing games behind their "I love you"s.

• And yet both love each other to the core...n they are very clear about it.

In precap, Vansh accepts Riddhima's challenge...n there's a strange softness in his eyes, contrary to Riddhima's, whose eyes are blazing with tears.

So the game is on.

My only peeves are:

1. Riddhima using truth serum.

Do the makers really know the gravity of narco analysis testing and its effects on older people?

It seems like they added this only for comic relief. Only police are allowed to do it...How stupid!

2. Riddhima hitting the guy.

Could they not have shown her distracting the man in some way?

3. Also, how did Riddhima change so quickly?

Lovely post...they love each other but open challenge..Vansh is underestimating Rhiddima as always...whatever the truth about her parents death she will come to terms with eventually, protecting her is only going to damage situation more.

My gut feel is that Vansh was not involved in accident that led to her parents death, he may well be shielding someone in family ..there is no need of protection if this was an accident...Rhiddima may not like it but she will understand

BUT protecting her because its more than just an accident - its actually murder covered up as an accident is the way I feel track is going to end up...either Rhiddimas parents were business rivals and they set out to harm VR family but ended up dying instead or they were set up in a murder made to look like an accident.

This is what I've waited for, direct confrontation with no lies, no deceits, maturely handling the situation and being transparent about their feelings and intentions.Their relation has grown alot.

Giving Takkar ke life partner goals

Exactly the same concerns I have with Riddhima's methods, she's keeping other people's life at stake..... Dadi, a ploice officer and the maid. What if she didn't arrive at correct time????? Does she not know how he's gonna react??? But she came at time and all went well ( the confrontation)

Very much valid points asked by Riddhima, he should know how important it is for a child to know about his/her parents death considering the fact that he was at the same place months ago.

Vansh may also be right in not letting her know of that part. He said the same things during ragini's case and the reason was phuski, I hope it isn't the case now

I love how Riddhu gave it back to Kabir and confronted vansh in her own way (not too harsh but soft on him). I love THIS riddhu

I also love when she wins against vansh in his own GAME

Their relationship is indeed transparent now

Both of their actions are understandable...

We can't blame anyone

We can't choose one

An open challenge

An open threat to each other

Riddhima - I will keeping spying..will keep digging the past

Vansh - I will keep hiding...Will protect the present

I feel Vansh drove car (out of naughtiness) and killed them by accident. Bcoz he was underrage, he was sent to juvenile centre.
