Day 1 night ok. They spent together .

Day 2 night. Niether of them will go out to sleep . So something should happen in day 2 itself .

Either he has to leave.

It seems villagers won't allow .

Or Rani should get injured.

If he gets injured he himself will blame Rani .

memory loss is at least with some events in your pocket of a married life

what will he remind her of staying in servant quarters, made her cry each day, humiliated her, went around the town with ex and came back drunk, needed a scratch to remember CPR

I prefer she acts it out which only Vikram knows about it
