I can speak Punjabi, but I never do bc I always feel like an imposter 😆 apne muh se ajeeb lagta hai. I speak Hindi (thodi Urdu from woh words jo Hindi mein bhi same se hai), English, thodi French aur bohot thodi Italian.
I love languages tho, so I always want to try learning more. I feel like in this thousandth lockdown, now is the time for me to try picking up another language again.
But I was very proud last year bc the year before I'd set myself a goal of improving my Hindi reading skills, and now I'm much more improved. I just decided to follow loads of Hindi language entertainment pages on IG, and usse improvement aagayi without making it seem like homework 🤣

Are yr.. subtitles ki toh baat hi mat kro. Mujhe toh English hindi shows mai bhj subtitles chaiye hote hai.. just beacuse in half the shows now a days, the actors speak so slowly ki kahi baar mujhe smjh nhi aata or i miss a spevific word being spoken!!

I would love to learn Arabic but I would struggle so much with the concept of reading right to left 😆 it's one of the harder languages to learn, na?
On hard languages, I'd also love to learn Japanese (I love anything Japan!) and Mandarin Chinese...
