And we were asking from a different PoV. We selected Vindria who also doesn't know Writing, Graphicing of VM making! So aisa nahi tha ki we wouldn't select if you don't know!

We were asking so that pata chale ki kisko kya kaam de. Jinko aur kuch nahi aata but thoda management kar sakte ho, unko team me lenge... bcz we already have people for graphics and writing in our team.

Baaki jinko aata hai unko separate thread ki responsibilities denge, which they can manage alone.

So we were only asking to distribute work accordingly.
