he saw the locket and remembered the locket he had.......he spied on her at the orphanage and then came back to see the car.....it may just be that they were childhood Sweethearts or maybe their families used the lockets to make some future promise but before it could fructify the accident of Sia changed things as he became a juvenile law breaker......perhaps Riddhima's parents broke the promise and separated them......and so he blames the accident.....it may be just as innocent......I don't trust CVs anymore to make big revelations. So I am keeping my hopes low.
