Kunal wasn’t really a good guy, he was quite nasty and a willing co conspirator of Meenu. He was also quite vengeful as his motive for plotting against Mishti was not only to protect Abir but also his fury at her for rejecting him. He used Kuhu, deceived her quite cruelly. Like Mishti told Abir who was defending his Nanko,(episode 152) if Kunal is old enough to vote, old enough to run a company he should be old enough to know right from wrong! That spiking Nannu’s drink and lying about it when Abir asked if he had done anything wrong since his fake marriage to Kuhu...that was an unforgivable crime of Kunal’s.

As for Abir he may have a heart of gold but he suffered from moral cowardice as he usually ran from the truth and didn’t have the courage to stand up for Mishti when most needed!
He fulfilled his promises about Kuhu and always defended or protected her till surrogacy track but he broke all his promises to Mishti and to BP
And anyway Meenu didn’t raise Abir at least, he was looked after more by Parul and Nidhi

That's a wonderful summary of how abinal were flawed 👍🏼 Scenes like these successfully make me forget the other moments when they behaved in a complete wrong and criminal (@ kunal) ways

At least she taught them to love eo no matter what. even real brothers dont stand by eo so fiercely 🤔

oh yeah, right. i dont know why they showed mish couldn't cook 🤔 they had shown akshara was not good at cooking in her initial days too but they never showed her getting failed at it. somehow she used to manage the situation. I was disappointed at mishtu's burnt cake and later a smal cupcake which only kuhu could have 😵

Bold 1- See, Kunal was indeed pretending when he took Kuhu’s name as if he was always thinking about her, he was playing Abir who fell for it!

That part about Meenu teaching her kids never to harm anyone was such a sick joke 🤪

She made Kunal almost kill Nannu

Bold 2- Abir diving at BM’s feet was funny and super weird😆

Truly Mishbir worked so hard to unite KuKu while those two were helping Meenu to separate them 🤢

She indeed is master manipulator. But while she was trying to "save" abir she made him beg to the same mahs she hated so much

Yeah and worst was even BP BM kept on praising Abir’s kheer and saying how Mishti could never cook. Then what was that besan ka chila and vegetable soup she made for them in earlier episodes?. Writers were degrading Mishti to uplift Kuhu as usual 🤢

Abir should not have competed with Mishti in her first rasoi, instead he could have helped her indirectly through Bluetooth. Of course then we wouldn’t get their kitchen romance but at least Mishti wouldn’t feel like a failure. And that🤬 Kuhu even broke the necklace that was to be her nek

Dont even remind me of that episode Di. her nek was broken and with that her one of the special moments after wedding got spoilt. Besides the burnt cake ofc

I love that bluetooth wala idea 👍🏼 wish writers hade more brain and little empathy for mishbir fans. roamnce ke liye toh moments kahi se bhi manage ho jate. But she shouldnt have shows a failure there 😭 specially when they had shown her cooking skills early on.

Episode 81 last part

Evening time, BP BM watching TV weather which reports a hurricane heading for Kutch region. Mishti brings vegetable soup for BP BM and serves them. She says she’s made it from vegetables directly sourced from farmers by Abir’s NGO. BP praises her social work, says she was like this from childhood, always wanted to help others (including selfish nasty people)

BP can see her efforts and appreciate it. He has understood she’s trying to melt him towards Abir and his family.

BP tells Mishti BM has told him about the temple meeting, but his answer is still the same. Mishti asks why, he’s always supported couple in love, whether it was Shaurya Varsha or Akshara Naitik (What? But Akshara Naitik were an arranged marriage) 😕

BP says he’s always supported his children because he can see both their strength and weaknesses. It’s not about love but about Kuhu, he won’t send Kuhu to a place where she will be lonely. Mishti tries to argue more but BP is firm in his decision

He asks Mishti what will she do now? It’s easy to convince parents by being stubborn, kids can emotionally blackmail by hurting themselves then parents have to yield. They care about Kuhu but if she takes a wrong step and Mishti supports her then who will they fight for? Mishti protests they will never do anything like that. They love BP too much

Mishti hugs BP emotionally and asks him to trust them. BP blesses her and leaves, BM assures Mishti silently and goes after him

What? They didn’t even taste the soup Mishti made?

Nanu calls Mishti and asks if Abir is with her? Mishti says he’s not with them but he met them at the temple. Nanu tells her Abir went to the NGO from the temple but he hasn’t returned home yet. Mishti tells him not to worry she will call Abir now. Nanu tells her Abir’s phone is unreachable, even NGO cannot be reached. He’s really tensed after watching the news

Mishti is surprised, she turns on the TV where weather reporter says there’s going to be a storm with heavy rains and chance of lightning

Mishti panics but tells nanu not to worry, she will find Abir. Nanu says he will try to call Abir again

Mishti worried about Abir! She remembers Abir saving her from the fire (so she knew it was Abir who saved her?) She remembers all the special things Abir did for her, she remembers the painting and that Abir loves her) 😳

At the NGO the didis are closing the windows from the strong winds, Mishti knocks at the door, they think Abir had returned. They’re surprised to see Mishti and bring her inside. Mishti asks them where’s Abir? NGO didi says they’re also waiting for him, Mishti asks where did he go in this storm? NGO Didi says Abir told them not to go home in this weather and he went to get food for all of them. But he hasn’t returned yet. Mishti is shocked, the lights go out. She says everybody should be indoors during a cyclone but Abir is outside and hasn’t returned, what if he’s in danger?

Mishti’s Abir radar activated ⭐️

Kunal has a Flashback of Abinal childhood, when they returned from school, Parul noticed Abir had injury on his hand, Kunal tells Parul not to scold Abir who says some kids stole Nanko’s tiffin and ate all the dhoklas so Abir beat them up! Parul chides Abir why did he fight, he should have told the teacher. Abir says Nanko is his brother not the teacher’s, so he has to defend him. Meenu tells Parul Abir did the right thing, both brothers should fight to protect each other. Kunal says bhai always protects him. Meenu tells Kunal he should also protect bhai when he grows up. Little Kunal promised to always protect his bhai! The brothers hug

Kunal looks at their childhood photo and thinks Mishti isn’t right for Abir or for him. She used him and now she’s using Abir! She insulted and humiliated him, she will do the same to Abir! He won’t let this happen!

(When did she use you LIAR! You lied to her, tried to bully her into doing what you wanted, insulted her, humiliated her! Waah he is truly Meenu’s son, hypocrisy unlimited!)😡

Kunal wonders where’s Abir? Go look for him you lazy 🤬

NGO radio announcement that Army had been summoned to evacuate seaside villages, and strong winds blowing in Rajkot makes Mishti frantic with worry as Abir still not picking up calls.
NGO didis try to reassure her but Mishti panics as Abir has been out for an hour, if he was fine he would have returned by now. Mishti asks didi to call Abir’s home and leaves the NGO inspite of everyone telling her it was dangerous

Mishti says it’s dangerous so Abir might be in danger so she has to go! ⭐️

Meenu tells NGO didi that Abir is not at home and she was going to call them to find out if he was there. She tells them not to worry as she will send Kunal to look for Abir

NGO Didi tells Meenu that Mishti went to look for him. Meenu gets mad 🤪

Parul asks Meenu where’s Abir? Meenu says she doesn’t know but Mishti went searching for him. Parul says but Mishti went home with her family from the temple. Meenu asks which temple?

Mishti is running around yelling Abir’s name😲

What? She’s walking in that storm looking for him? 😲😕She remembers Abir talking about how people in love hide their feelings so deep that even the heart doesn’t realize. She remembers Abir hiding who was in the painting and Abir asking her what if someone’s happiness was joined to hers? If the one he loved didn’t fight alongside him then he would understand she never loved him.....Aww Mishti 😳

Meenu grilling Parul why didn’t she inform that they met MishKu’s family at the temple? What did Abir tell them? Parul admits Abir was trying to make them agree to KuKu marriage

Meenu asks Parul why did she hide such a big thing? She didn’t expect this from her!

Kunal rudely tells Parul to answer mom! Parul tells him Abir was just trying to help Kunal

Meenu says that family is bad omen, whenever they meet something bad happens! Now Abir has gone missing

Kunal tells Meenu he will go look for Abir. Parul tells him there’s a storm outside, Kunal tells Meenu he had promised to always protect bhai and he won’t break his promise

Mishti running around still yelling Abir, she gets a call from ngo Didi, and asks if Abir reached home. Didi says he’s not home either, she sent his car number, it might come in handy

Mishti looks at the car number- 1890

Abir’s car has overturned, he’s trapped underneath and unconscious, fuel tank is leaking and wires sparking. 😰 He’s in mortal danger, Superwoman Mishti to the rescue 🥳

Makers wanted to ruin every single wedding function of mishbir so how could they spare mishti's first rosoi? Honestly I cringed when only kuhu supported mishti's dish and everyone sided with Abir

And then later they showed mishti as an expert cook when she returned from the resort

They had to shove kuhu in every function of mishbir so that's why they brought kuhu's brownie story to show much they sisters love each other. I think this also gave abir the idea that deep down the sisters love each other a lot. That's why he came up with the idea of kidnapping mishku to the resort. I wonder how the story would've proceeded from the resort track if there was no lockdown. It probably would've been a more extreme version of magazine track since abir had left mishti alone at the resort
