As far as abt BB show , I see it for entertainment. Once the contestants are out of BB house, I go to avanga yaro , namma yaro mode, even if they were my favourites .

This time when Kavin came inside , I was like, ohh Is he the person I supported last season 😊. Oviya , I still like her but not that much like I used to. Mumtaz, didn’t have any interest to follow up how she was doing after BB.

Yday while watching finale , My daughter came in while they announced the result. She said I am so glad Bala didn’t win. I was like what.. why do u say it. She said , he was rude many times, not good mannered (she saw only glimpses here and there, I call her to watch when there were some fun tasks) . She said more things, for me Maya-ve nerla vandhu pesina mathiri erundhuchu 😆 .

Movie release during this time in theatres . They should also avoid political party meetings. Even KH is doing it 😒.

I have registered for vaccine , I might get it sooner than others as I have diabetes ( border level which stayed after gestational diabetes). My hubby wants me to wait till March to get the vaccine as he is worried abt possible side effects. It is very safe as for as I researched. So I am thinking of getting it as soon as they call me.

Hi Honey

I work in the healthcare products industry....the approval of the Pfizer vaccine was done on special review processes by health authorities ( FDA, Health Canada, MHRA...) that existed for fast approval during a life serious illness/threatening situations... ( they do review the safety and efficacy but not to the extent that of standard biological submission process requirements). It’s more benefits versus risks evaluation. They did do a proper clinical trial but the only endpoint they measured is the severity of the symptoms and not the prevention in the trial. Not everyone in the trial was tested if they had COVID or not. They tested the ppl who had developed symptoms and confirmed whether they are positive and the severity of the symptoms. The efficacy was calculated based on the number of ppl that developed symptoms. Therefore, the vaccine won’t prevent COVID ( not measured during trial but studies are ongoing on this). The vaccine will help on the severity of the symptoms ( mostly ppl will show no symptoms or some symptoms but not very severe one with the vaccine )... so far the short terms side effects are not severe but there is no data on the long term side effects. Also, Pfizer/Moderna vaccine is based on a new technology ( using mRNA) ...the technology existed before but was not used previously to make vaccine. I would say the risky group should put the vaccine ( 80s plus or ppl with other illness that may not be able to fight COVID and develop very severe symptoms )....the younger generation maybe should wait and decide if it’s worth it as long term data does not exist but studies are ongoing. The Oxford vaccine ( UK) does not have the same technology as Pfizer/Moderna.

It’s kind of tricky to make a decision...not easy....I won’t be taking the vaccine.

so glad to hear you recovered well 🤗 . I heard UK is heavily affected in second wave. One of my cousin is a paediatrician in UK, didn’t call him for a long time. Will have to check how he is doing.

Thanks a lot for the information Maya 🙏. going to be very useful in taking a decision . My husband also feels the same , even if we catch covid virus, we should let the body handle it . We also discussed the same thing , what guarantee that we won’t catch it , after we get the vaccine. I normally take flu vaccine every year, reason I take it is - it doesn’t mean that we won’t get flu , even if we get it ,it wont be severe . Looks like same case is true for covid vaccine as well.

Since I fall into risk category ( have wheezing issues as well) , I wanted to get the vaccine. He decided not to take it.

If you have wheezing problem then yes you are at risk....be extra careful....do share your experience if you take the vaccine ( if you don’t mind).

Sure 👍🏼 . Some of my friends have taken it . 2 of them doctors, 2 work in IT but in hospitals. They don’t seem to have any side effect. They are waiting to get the second dose (after 21 days) . Said first day , hand was very painful, not able to lift. Second day felt like after normal soreness after a flu shot.

My friend’s co worker got covid even after getting the vaccine ( he didn’t take the second dose when he got covid) . Not sure how he is doing now. if I get any updates like - if his symptoms not that much or anything , will share.

Glad you are well now....we have some confirmed cases of UK variants 😒....the spread rate of UK variant is higher...wished the mutation caused a slower spread rate.
