I guess he had got the headache & it isn't a surprise even if he had. He has a hectic schedule at the police station & on top of that, he doesn't find peace at his place.

Bhavini, supported by Pakhi & others, would always create a scene & she won't stop till Virat comes & gives them an earful.

After Sai left when Virat sat on the bed

I said sochna bhi nahi don't you dare sit on the bed.

Waise he sat exactly in the middle so it hid that they use individual blankets.

Was it so or i should get my eyes checked?

If it was a bahana chalo kuch bheja baki hai abhi sara UPSC mein kharch nahi kar diya.

Sar dard kar raha hai main daba doon - didi ke halak mein atak gaya.

If it was just an excuse, then it's was a great move from Virat. Atleast he's realising about Pakhi's intention. And, if he was having a headache then Pakhi is responsible for it.
