I know I shouldn't laugh but I did. And very hard. I was imagining how Sultan and Haroon became SJ and Naeem and started a new life and these girls ended up together 🤣
So Dilnasheen (Hiba) is from a not-so-rich family. She is dating Hamza, who is her best friend Rida's (same actress who played Ramsha) brother. And they are filthy rich. Hamza's returned from England to surprise his love. I like the guy playing Hamza, don't know his name.
Dilnasheen goes to borrow clothes from Rida for her cousin's wedding ceremony. Hamza and she spend some moments, they're damn cute 😳 So Dilnasheen's mom is the vamp like character. Idk what's wrong with the lady, her pride is more like arrogance.
Then we meet Haider (Faisal Qureshi) who owns a successful construction company. Scene cuts to the second girl, Mehmal, who is trying a number but can't get through. Haider is then seen switching on his projector and watching a reel of him and his ex Mehmal...creepy 🤓😆 He then cries...so as we predicted they aren't together anymore, she left him for a rich guy and he misses her dearly.
Mehmal is all dressed up for her bday but her husband, Anzab gives her no bhaav. He's seen talking to another girl, which means he is having an affair. Its Mehmal's birthday but Anzab decides to go meet his 'friend' Sam, leaving Mehmal in tears. Sam reminds him that its Mehmal's bday but he doesn't give a damn.
The next scene, we see Haider's mom is sick coz of stress. The doctor looks like he knows them personally. He tells Haider's mom to get her son married asap...but she says Haider is unwilling and its as if he has given up on the notion of love. But what was going thru my head...arey Sultan ki bijaan? Aap yahan?? Idhar bhi aap tension le rahe ho 🤣

So the doctor says don't worry we will get him married for sure (we as in him and a girl who's sitting on the bed next to Haider's mom...maybe his sister).
Mehmal is seen sitting on the staircase waiting for Anzab to come back. He returns and says Sam told him it was his wife's birthday. Mehmal asks him if Sam is prettier than her to which he says it's possible. Mehmal then angrily says she doesn't like his friendships with new girls everyday...cant she just say affair or is it censored on purpose??
Anzab says that he had warned her before the marriage.
We get a flashback sequence of Mehmal in a middle class household, blushing when Anzab comes and says that his father has gotten them engaged (mangani). She says yes, and he tells her to break it off. When Mehmal asks why, he says I have no interest in you. But Mehmal does not want to live her life like a middle class person, she wants richness and agrees to get married for said reasons. She says she can win his heart...but he says its not gonna happen, you will tire yourself running after me.
Coming back to present time, Mehmal says she is the mother of their daughter. Her husband says so? U have the riches, what more do you want. She says she wants his love. Anzab says that's not possible, I have told you. He leaves. Thats when the nanny comes downstairs with the daughter and says the girl has high fever. Mehmal yells at the nanny and tells her to go give her daughter medicine...you can see she doesn't feel any emotion for the child. Then Mehmal stands alone and cries at the situation.
Next we see Haider with the doctor...who tells Haider that you'd have your own family by now, have you chosen to remain unmarried for the rest of your life? Haider is legit kicking his friend out 😆 but the doctor says that its not necessary your heart beats insanely when you meet a person, you might just like someone's face or nature...you can get married to her. Haider again tries to get him to leave. The doc says what's all this for then? All the money and luxuries? Its not necessary everyone gets married to the person they love in this world. Haider looks around the house, gets emotional and goes indoors.
Haider goes to his mom and jokes that you've made a team against me. His mom says but we're still losing because of that one devil, Mehmal. She's ruined this house completely. You don't care about your mom or sister or the silence filled in this house.
Mehmal then comes to Haider's house, still decked up. Her applies lipstick and goes towards the house.
Haider's mom is seen telling Haider that there was a nice girl for you, Afsheen (Sara ki nand). Now she is also getting married. Mehmal is indoors now and is eavesdropping...liek there's no security in the house kya 😆
Haider's mom says you're getting old and not wanting to get married. If Mehmal comes here I will legit kick her out. Haider tries to calm her down. His mom says that a wounded mother becomes ruthless. When Mehmal discarded you in the first place, then why is she coming here again and again? Just to see what has happened to you? She comes to give dose to your pain, and does not want it to go away.
Haider asks her to calm down but his mom says only if you chose to get married. To which he jokingly agrees. But his mom can see his pain. She can't take it. She says Mehmal never loved him and went got married elsewhere and this house is now full of gloom. She then forces Haider to agree for marriage so he says if I like someone I will definitely say yes, then you can get me married.
Mehmal standing outside is giving outrageous expressions. Then puts on a smile and walks into the house. She congratulates Haider (who is her cousin) on the decision to get married. Haider wishes her Happy Birthday. Some serious eyelocks and mom looking pissed. Mehmal says you remember? Mom says now he'll forget 🤣 What a savage man 🤣
Mehmal says I will find the girl. Mom says why would you? I will! And get my son married! She then asks Haider to leave and talks to Mehmal. Theres some intense painfilled eyelock and then Haider leaves.
Mom asks Mehmal how he husband is and why she is here on her birthday...didnt they go out? She says ya I have to go, but came to get your blessings. Mo gives the most savage blessings...stay married, and happy in your house 🤣
Mehmal returns home and goes to check on her daughter. But doesn't spend time there, she leaves. Mehmal checks her face in the mirror and then asks the nanny, am I beautiful? The nanny says yes, I myself stare at you so many times...bhagg 😆
Mehmal the says she for some reason doesn't feel beautiful anymore...has to do with her husband's affair. She texts Haider: she is happy he remembered her birthday as always and it means a lot to her. Haider doesn't reply and looks pained again.
Flashback, a younger Haider looks heartbroken looking at Mehmal's engagement ring. He tells her how could you? You were to get married to me. Mehmal says so you weren't my fiancee. Haider says you know I love you...Mehmal says yes I know, but I don't.
Then there's a very Kasautii Zindagii Kay montage, with the red dupatta 😆
Next morning there's the wedding ceremony; of a cousin sister or something. Haider comes with his mom. Thats where he sees Dilnasheen (is Afia's sister in law and is attending Afsheen's wedding) dancing and enjoying herself and its seems like his pain goes away. And Dilnasheen is looking gorgeous ❤️ The girls are chasing Dilnasheen and she bumps into Haider. He instantly falls for her.
There was quite some proximity in this show. The leads stood pretty close to each other. And why are they reusing all the houses 😆 The second girl's house was the same as Sultan's from Deewangi 😆 But why do they only show cousins getting married and falling in love? And can anyone tell me what's the relation between Dilnasheen and Haider? Are they cousins too?
All in all its quite interesting, I hope they don't drag it on and make it boring!
