It goes against BB tradition itself for someone who not only left but ran from the house to win the show! Eijaz also did get evicted, but not on the basis of votes and neither did he run away. He got evicted for a few hours because of losing a task that he had no control over

Only winning contenders are Eijaz and Rubina. Jasmine also just doesn’t have the fan base and image anymore to win the show.

Gauahars situation was completely different! It was her health condition that led her to take that decision, it happened in the moment rather than willingly leaving for no major reason and just to spend a few days with family and return.
