Lol I guess that is my bias to the original mujhe bohat ajeeb laga esp seeing how yellow it is Charlie main the imagery the vibrancy has such a role to play. It really made me fall in love with the place

Yeah I gathered that much cuz I reached the part where she reaches the rental apartment and sees his pic but then I took a pause.....mujhe instant attachment nahin feel hua characters se....guess the movie will grow after DQ ka character details get revealed.

Re: Maara....I actually thought the imagery was quite nice in that too and I got the general idea of the plotline.....whimsical storytelling wala angle toh basic hai in both trailers....ofcourse the Kerala scenery is lovely in the Charlie trailer but I didn't see anything in the Maara trailer that was offputting per se. Since I don't have any attachment to the original and wasn't even aware of it before I saw that trailer, it worked for me....lol

That could be it😆 it's ok I played it not knowing either that it is the remake woh toh when I started watching it looked too familiar and then I tweeted and figured indeed it is a remake. Waise shraadha Srinath who is in the remake is darn good actress too so she might pull it off the character but my loyalties have always been with paro it is just hard for me to see other people playing the chracters I have liked in originals. Waise I loved shradha in original jersey with nani matlab her as Sarah I developed serious crush on her too what a classy character that was and again I don't see manual fitting into he remake esp with Shahid who is total misfit for nani ka character but hey🤷‍♀️ my bias towards originals will remain forever hehe

And Shivaay otherwise was about to have a heartattack seeing her unconscious but now he's all busy smiling over his "victory" of throwing water on her instead😆

There was so much to read on this thread 😲 I missed on all the discussions on last weeks SAAK , just loved the episodes, though last two episodes were kind of slow. I so agree on both of yours reviews so far about the show. Anokhi- Aastha scenes are like the jaan of the show right now, precap se it feels like there is no Aastha mam next week:( I am so not looking forward to Anokhi ka rishta thing dragged next week, last week ke precap mein they showed Anokhi running away, par abhi to next week bhi yeh toxic Monty ko hi jhelna padega😵 His mom pulling Anokhis hair was just OTT, I hope they refrain from showing such scenes its a complete turn off and too far fetched.
