This timeslot usually gets low ratings anyways and baaki the show's concept is too radical for ITV😆.

Haan as usual open to low side pe hi hua hai. This one wasn't even promoted as much as woh sai wala I feel so woh ek bias to pehle se hi hai but for now star ko kabse 7 pm pe itni bhi nahi mili trp toh itna hi sustain kar le toh thode chances hain I guess

Not that I want the show to just depict the endless miseries on the many married women in this story, but I am curious to see Babli's story and I would like to see her managing to come out of this horrible marriage.

Dekhte hain kitna dikhate hain and how much more it takes for bubbly to get some courage and speak up against all the atrocities abhi toh thoda time lagega but yeah I too hope ke bobat extensive sirf zulamon tale dabbi bubbly main na ghuss jaaye that will be too boring and annoying. These two dialogues were so powerful....and I think all the more hard-hitting for anyone who has lived it....the price of what freedom truly means in a patriarchal society....there is always a price to be paid for going against the tide. It is easier said than done.....and so I love how Aastha always gives clear eyed advice to Anokhi about the path she is choosing....she encourages Anokhi to achieve her potential but always reminds her that the society she is functioning in will find a way to extract its price so Anokhi needs to be ready for that. Freedom comes at a price in an unjust society....and sadly, society will remain unjust for the foreseeable future.

Word about the actress...she's doing a fab job....I like that the casting hasn't been constrained by needing to cast Punjabi actors for these parts....Anokhi is also played by a Bengali actress and you can hear her accent in some bits but more importantly, she justifies the personality of Anokhi correctly.....and same for Aastha - the actress again has an accent in her Hindi as well but she is so good in her portrayal of Aastha that it doesn't matter if she is not believably Punjabi.

LOL@ the brother LITERALLY being named RAJA....Raja beta😆....the writers managing to make a point even with the name chosen for the character....and ofcourse as expected, he is treated like a prince by his father simply because he is a boy. Toh seems like he is the middle child....oldest is Babli, phir yeh Raja and then Anokhi again.

I was braced for a cliched spoilt brat brother character but the makers again thankfully avoided that.....he is again in the mould of a guy who uses misogyny casually, not as actively as his dad. Either he was also blind or he didn't care to notice the wound on Babli's face.....but clearly he does have affection for both his sisters and doesn't treat them like trash like his dad does. The most interesting bit for me observationally was the one where he was behaving normally with Anokhi even after she discovered the suspension letter but the moment Ramesh showed up and Raja felt threatened that his secret might be revealed to his dad, he turned on Anokhi and started berating her for being too high and mighty and talking crap about her needing to stay in her aukaat.

That one little moment said SO much about how misogyny is perpetuated and nurtured in society.....Raja, like most men, has discovered that misogyny is an easy tool to try and shut up a woman if she is standing in your way....he doesn't even need to believe or mean what he's saying.....it was so very easy for him to say those horrible things to Anokhi cuz it achieved the effect of silencing her in the moment. Later he came to her room to apologize but Anokhi rightly pointed out ki like most men, he finds satisfaction in showing a woman "her place". Atleast he felt a little shamefaced at that.....so he knew what he did was hurtful but he did it anyway. That is why we have the society we do.

These are the scenes this show is doing so well and keeping me interested with in every epi.....I don't know if the average junta is realizing the point though....lol these things are so deeply ingrained in society....whether it's every show on ITV or real life itself, most ppl DO consider shaadi the end goal of everything especially for a girl, and most ppl AGREE with how a girl should only aspire to manage a household without ever raising her voice beyond solving domestic squabbles.....so isn't all this going to be a shock to their system? How will anyone watch this show in a family setting knowing that they are probably sitting next to a real life Ramesh Bhalla as they watch this?😆

+1 to everything I also expected raja toh be total loser like his dad too he isn't like that thoda toh redeeming factor hai yup bohat casual misogyny hai jo people notice bhi nahi karte as such caz it comes so in the moment but ofcourse kahin se toh yeh start hua hai na. How the only way the brother thought of getting out if the situation was to demean anokhi in the moment even if he probably didn't meant it and knew ke papa ji ka divert ho jaayega attention toh suna daalo usko caz woh papa ji ki fav nahi hai.

Abhi toh ok tha aage with the shaadi matter pata chalega iska asli chehra ke yeh kitna anokhi ka bhai hai aur kitna papa ji ka beta caz then it will come to forth the izzat matter and all. Oh the other dialogue I liked was anokhi saying tum chupao tob papa ji ki khatir and hum Karen roh bagawat. So well said.

The accent am not noticing as such but am glad they aren't shown to be the stereotypical Punjabi who are always screaming and doing balle balle.

About the Narada they were so 3rd class and yeah I found it cool too je shaurya ko pata hai ke yeh jhooti hain yet he doesn't do much and why lol is he that disinterested in his so called family besides his Taya tai.

He felt to ghusso into the savior mode just caz he is the man it came from that school of thought only hi ke ek aadmi hi can put these girls in place and bhabhi se na ho paayega but it was nice ke she said itna bhi though yeh alag baat hai ke mujhe bhi nahi lagta ke usse hi paata with how bitchy those girls were aur bada hi ilzam lagta kanchan pe instead of those 2 samjhooing

In every promo I keep finding mohit so checked out🤣 yeh log sab pakka paise keliye kaam kar rahe hai interest kisiko nai hai but why is the channel still airing this. Actors ka samjhta hai unko ghanta farak padhta hai and MK toh from starting never bothered about how what his character is but channel why are they sooo keen on carrying on this show?🤣😆

IB phir bhi ego tha and their whole trust NM ji is a superstar but yahaan toh koi aisa bhi nai hai. Ajeeb hai channel bhi.
