Chapter 5
It's the next morning, late breakfast for everyone. All are present at the dining room. Ishani, Aryan and Aangre are busy discussing something related to Aryan's new business and are helping him in understanding the market. Since it's related to the construction and interior designing, ishani having an interest in the field is giving hand to Aryan. Mom and kabir are sitting at the other end of the table having their own discussion god knows of what. Looking at them sometimes no one can say that they didn't know each other few months back, it just doesn't fit in the explanations and the revelation of Kabir being mom's son suddenly when he was not at home. He has his doubts about them and is going to keep an eye on them.
It's looking at them that he remembers Ridhima and what dadi said about her. Ofcourse he didn't tell anyone why he and ridhima got seperated and why he asked her to leave the house, but dadi had come to him that night and asked him to reconsider, to think again about what he is doing that if he can give others in his family second and third chances that he can forgive them again and again for their mistakes then Ridhima too should be given a chance that she being his wife is a part of this family. Isn't it ironic that he never gave her the place in his family, never considered it. She was always the outsider who was here to spy on him, an outsider who was here to harm his family and was to be punished for the audacity to even think about it.
Kabir too was observing everyone and was planning to execute his next plan with the help of his mom...they were close to their destination and ridhima was out of the equation now,that good for nothing girl was of no use she ruined half of his plans and he lost ragini too because of her,if she had not come in between his plans that day all this would have not happened. Vansh would have been in jail by now and all this property and business would have been his to rule but she had to foul his plans. Now that she is out of his way he can do whatever he wants and vansh will not know what hits him.
Thinking all this he looks at vansh and they meet eyes. Planning their own games.
It's noon and Vansh was in the study looking at the new business contract when Aangre walked in looking tensed. Vansh looked at him, he know Aangre had found something in the cctv footage that he had asked him to recover from the day he jumped of the cliff.
Vansh ‘ What is it Aangre, what did you found?’
Aangre ‘Bhai hmm,you need to watch this. ’
And he handed over the pendrive to vansh.
Aangre ‘we were wrong about bhabhi regarding sia's attack bhai. ’ and he looked down, feeling shame that he too doubted her to hurt sia, even after knowing that sia trusted bhabhi.
Vansh looked at the footage in disbelief, horrified that the women whom he calls mom... gave his mother's position was attacking his innocent sister in such a heinous way. He clenched his fist looking at sia pleading Anupriya ( yeah she no longer deserve to be called mom) for her life,and even threatening her that her vansh bhai will not spare her once he knew who harmed her. He promised sia that he will not spare Anupriya for what she did,and he will make sure she pays for the harm she caused his sister.

It's almost noon when Ridhima woke up from her slumber, she really needed the sleep after the long hectic week. As she got up and got freshed up there was knock on the door,she knew it must be Mrs D'Souza her landlord who lived downstairs with her husband. She had promised them that she will have today's lunch with them and her evening was already booked by jay as he was taking her shopping in the local market. As she opened the door to greet...
Mrs D'Souza ‘Ridhima ,beta tum thik to ho? Aaj kitni der tak so hui ho? Tumhari tabiyat to thik hai na..? ’ and while saying this she checked ridhima's temperature.
Ridhima ‘Arre haa aunty mai thik hu, mujhe kya hoga.’
Mrs D'Souza ‘ To fir itna late kese so gai aaj, mai kabse Mr D'Souza ko bol rahi thi,Ridhima ko check karke aao lekin vo sunte kaha hai mera, to mai hi aa gai.’
Ridhima ‘ Arre aunty vo hospital mai iss hafte bhot kaam hua na, aur kal sham ko hum Christ Church bhi gaye the ghumne to aate aate der ho gai aur late so gai to issliea. Don't worry mai bilkul thik hu .’
Mrs D'Souza ‘Accha thik hai, khayal rakha karo apna. Aur jaldi ready hoke aajao mai khana laga deti hu. '
Ridhima ‘ Ji, abhi aai, bas das minutes.'
She closed the door and went to get ready for the day ahead.
It was really nice of them to look after her and to provide her with care in just some time. They have a son who lives in US due to the job requirement and had to shift. They were just too cute of a couple, she smiled thinking about them and got ready to go have the amazing lunch.
