Its a crime thriller based on the folk lore of Vikram Betaal, where the Vikram is depicted as cop here and Betaal is the gangster. Betaal narrates a story to Vikram and asks him to answer his one question by the end. His every story has a hidden clue which leads Vikram closer to the real culprit he is looking for..
