Basically, my two cents on this is that right now Malhar's death is an open and shut case. Anu was caught pulling out the knife from his body and she admitted to the murder.

So when Malhar makes his entry donning a new look, I feel he'll have to justify why this case is under investigation. I think he'll say that some police officer, the one that's in jail in the BTS pics, tampered with evidence or something.

Kalyani is eager to also investigate this case so I feel both of them will team up.
