CHAPTER-10

Sakshi completing her work....took the file to Arjun and slammed right on his table with a thud....halting him, who raised his eyebrow at her still talking in phone.

"Acha...mei baad mei call kartha huh...."Saying he had cut the call....staring at sakshi, "Yeh sab kya hain?"

"aape joh report manga wahi hain..."Sakshi rolled her eyes at him.

"woh theek hain...lekin tum mujh par gussa kyu horrahi hoh....galti tumdono ki hain..yeh ghar nahi office hain.."Arjun said looking at her.

"lekin iss sab ka jad aap hoh....naa aap subah woh karthe...na mujhe iss dupatta ko aisa pehni padti...na shree woh dekh ke mujhe chidata...na humdono ke beech yeh sab hota....aur insab mei mera Shree...woh udaas hogaya...abhi bhi muh phulake beithe woh..yeh soch kar ki uske karan meri pehli din karab huwa. " Sakshi babbled at him angrily.

Arjun nodded as he cannot see his brother in guilt....."Acha..sorry! abh toh yeh gussa chodo."

"Nahi Arjun...aapko, humsabko uska udaasi chehra bilkul nahi pasand...lekin aaapke aur bhai ke karan Shree udaas hogaya...issliye aapdonon ko, mujhe aur shree ko manana hain.."Sakshi huffed at him.

"theek hain...ghar par manalunga, usko...pehle meri biwi ko toh manao mei..."Saying Arjun got up from his place.

knowing his intentions very well...Sakshi moved towards the door swiftly, stopping him..."Arjun...kitne besherzm hogai aap.....wahi rukjayiye...yeh joh kuch bhi huwa issi wajah se huwa......aur mei apko tabhi maaf karunga jab shree ke chehre par smile ayega."

"humdono RR mansion jaa rahe...aap pehle mera report padhlijiye..mujhe paper walon ko send karna hain raat tak."Saying Sakshi fleed from there.

Arjun shook his head...as drama would be waiting for them....he took the file she brought and started reading. he was surprised by reading it as she wrote it in very precise and confident tone that anyone who reads can connect to it easily. the way of her writing was very proffesional which impressed him...mainly the way how, she inculded the case details, their way of work...but hiding important sensitive information..."pata nahi..tume yeh talent bhi hain, Mrs Rawte. Lafzon ko itni achi tarah istemal kare yeh tumse seekhe koi." with a proud smile.

Sakshi and Shree entered RR mansion. The security seeing her saluted with a smile...as she formed a bond with everyone from childhood.

"Sakshi..mansion kyu aye hum...agar sab mujhe iss bandage ke saath dekhlenge toh pareeshaan hojayenge." Shree said with worry.

"Kuch nahi hoga...shree." sakshi told entering inside.

She saw her mother's in the hall...went towards them tiptoeing silently. Gayatri had a smile seeing her as she was facing the door, but Sakshi nodded in no, indicating silence by keeping her finger on the lips.

Arpita looking at Gayatri who is not concentrating asked, "kya huwa tum kuch bolte kyu nahi..."

"Tum kuch bole rahe..." Gayatri asked innocently.

"Gayu...teri dyaan kaha..." Before she could turn her face, she felt someone closing her eyes asked, "Areh kaun..gayu.." Arpita asked worridely.

"Mei yehi huh Arpita...pehchano kaun hain..." Gayatri laughed looking at Sakshi who had teasing smile.

Arpita touching her hands smiled, "ek maa apni beti ko na pehchane .....aisa kabhi nahi hoga."

Sakshi smiled removing her hands, hugging her from back..."Maa..." Kissing her cheek.

Caressing her face, "Ankhe taras agayi tujhe dekhne ke liye... teri awaaz sunne keliye...aur ayi bhi toh mujhse milne tak nahi ayi...bas apne papa aur chote papa se mili." Arpita told showing fake anger.

Sakshi smiling at her, "Maa...aisa kuch nahi hain, mei apse milne wali thi...leki kuch kaam agayi...abh ayi huh na aapse milne." She said taking her blessings.

"Iss baar maaf karrahi huh...chal meri gale lag jaa..." Saying Arpita took her into motherly embrace.

Soaking in her mother's comfort, her eyes became mist as after years she was close to her family. "Mei bahut miss kiya aapko..."

She then turned to Gayatri taking her blessings, "Aapko bhi choti maa..."

Gayatri caressed her hair as they had no girl child and saw them in Roshni and Sakshi.

Shree who stood aside watching them with smile, "Ab kya sara pyaar beti keliye hih hain...mere liye bhi kuch baki hain ki nahi." He whined indicating his presence.

Arpita, Gayatri turned to look at him but their smile turned into worry seeing bandage on his forehead. "Shree...yeh kya huwa tujhe." Arpita asked worridely caressing his face.

"Kuch nahi mom...bas case mei kuch gadbad huwa..." Shree replied looking at their worried faces..."Aap log chinta mat kijiye kuch nahi huwa, chotisi chot hain..."

"Chotisi chot...Shree...yeh kaha se chotisi chot dhikrahe tumhe, aur humhe koi bataye kyu nahi." Gayatri asked making him sit.

Seeing them fussing on him, Shree sighed..."Mom, chachi...pehle aap shaanth hojayiye. Mei theek huh...aur aapdono ke laadle bete hain na... meri achese class li, aaplog shuru mat hojayiye."

"Par Shree....yeh chot, yeh sab...dinbadin tere upar khatra bhadte jaa rahe.." Arpita whispered in frightened voice.

Knowing they won't stop panicking, Shree shot a pleading look at Sakshi to handle the matter.

"maa...Shree ko kuch nahi huwa, aur jabtak humsab hain usse koi kuch nahi karsaktha...yeh toh Shree ke galti ke karan laga...aapko pata haina, joh bhi musibat shree par aye usse pehle Arjun Rawte ke saamna karna padthe hain. Aur aaplog itna stressed mat hoh...Shree ko Manish uncle ne dekha hain, woh abhi bilkul theek hain." sakshi convinced them who nodded though they had fear for their children.

"Acha tumdono fresh hoke neeche ajao...Ramu se kehkar kuch naashta lagwati huh." Gayatri told them who nodded going to their rooms.

"Gayu...mujhe bahut chinta horrahi....humhare bache harpal musibat ko apne paas bhularahe."

"Arpita...chinta mat karo.....humhare bache sachai aur insaaf keliye ladrrahe aur joh log ache kaam karthe unka saath bhagwan bhi dete hain...dekhna ekdin humhare bache khamyab jarur honge. Bas hum unkeliye dua karthe ki unhe kuch na hoh." Gayatri consoled her, as Shree came in their life as a unexpected blessing....it was the reason he is pampered from all sides.

Samjun entered into RR mansion seperately in their cars.....sam parking his car, met Arjun...."Hum yaha kyu aye?"

"Kyunki yeh tumhari choti ki order hain....usko aur chote ko manana hain hume..."Arjun replied sarcastically.

hearing him Sameer looked at him in horror...."yeh kya bak rahe hoh....undono ko manana woh bhi pure Rawte aur Rathod fauj ke samne..."

"Ji...ha...abhitak toh sab ke paas humhara shikayat jaa chuka hoga...sare vehclies dekhe yehi lagta hain ki sab ghar par hain....coelho aur manish uncle bhi agaye." Arjun informed him who shook his head, "Sach mei dono hadh karthe hain...." murmured sam walking inside.

"Ghar ke chote hone ka faida joh hain inke paas." Arjun replied.

Kabir who was coming out saw them with a teasing smile, watching it Arjun slowly whispered.."Tujhe toh badi hassi arrahi..."

"Areh maza toh abh ayega..."Kabir whispered smirking at them...."Kabir....hasna bandh kar aur yeh bata mahol kaisa hain ander." sam asked irritaedly.

"bahut garam...aap dono ka hih wait horrahe...waise yeh jante huye bhi agar yeh dono milthe toh tumdono ki band bajega...kyu panga liya." kabir questioned them.

"isse puch..issi ka kiyadara hain sab.....mei toh aiway hih fasgaya beechmei."Sameer glared at Arjun.

"Abh joh bhi hoh...mujhe toh bada maza ayega tumdono ko undonon ko maanate dekh."Kabir smiled.."acha mujhe ek call karna hain..tumdono andar jao. aur ha..All the best." he said sarcastically.

Rolling their eyes, both entered inside and everyone surrounded shree and sakshi, waiting for them, gulped glancing at eachother...for the drama to start. they silently moved towards them..from no where their mothers came and twisted their ears, who shouted.."mom...chodiyena."

Arpita glared at her sons.."Kyu...nalayak...meri bete aur beti ko tang kiya tumdono ne."

freeing their grip..."Aisa kuch nahi hain...mom... badimaa...hum kuch nahi kiye...yeh dono hih bachon jaise behave kiya..usika saza mili."

slapping his shoulder, Gayatri scolded.."chup kar...woh dono sab bataye hume....apni behen ka pehla din aisa karab karthe koi."

"Acha...unke baat sunkar humpar jhor lagrahe hoh....humhari baat bhi suno..." Arjun told looking at them.

"Uski jarurat nahi...agar meri beti ne kuch batayi toh woh sach hih hoga....abh manov humhare bete aur beti ko." Suryakanth glared at them.

"Beti kya agayi....bete ko bhul gaye aaplog.." both mumbled simultaneously.

"Kuch kaha tum dono ne..." Rajveer glared in their direction.

"Arjun insab ke samne kuch keh bhi nahi sakthe hum...chalo manate.." sam whispered and both looked at the two who sat innocently beside eachother..."dekho kitne shaanth se beithe humdono ko fasakar."

"Chod..ab yeh soch kaise manaye inhe." Arjun whispered slowly.

"Sochna kya hain...seedhe se maafi mangthe hain...yehi acha hain humhare liye."

Arjun sat beside Shree, Sameer sat beside Sakshi...both turning to them, "maaf kardo hume chote...aur tumhare chehre par yeh udaasi bilkul ache nahi lagta mujhe....... pata haina tumhe."Arjun said in gentle tone making him look at his side.

"Maan ja Chote..aur choti tu bhi...hume dyaan rakhna chahiye tey ki tera pehla din tha." Sameer said in regret as he felt bad spoiling her big day.

Arjun glancing at her, "Jaan...pls mann jaov...agar tu manjayegi..chote bhi maanjayega."

Shree and sakshi looked at eachother...."Ek sharat par.." Shree said nodding at her.

Both narrowed eyes at their faces, who gave a innocent look...."Aur woh kya hain?"

"Aapdonon ko mere aur bhabhi ki favorite khana banane hain..kudh apne haaton se...aur pura parivaar ka dinner bhi aaplog koh hih bananna hain." Shree said in simple tone, which was backened by Sakshi nod.

The elders giggled from back knowing their demand. But, Arjun got up from his place, glaring at his brother knowing its his idea..."Bilkul nahi shree....teri health ke saath no chance..subah hih toh humhari baate huyi, jabtak teri medicine course khatam nahi hota, tabtak tum koi unhealthy food nahi khavoge."

"Mujhe pata hain aap mera baat nahi manege...mei tumhe batai na sakshi..... nahi baat karna mujhe aapse.." Shree pouted folding his hands stubbornly.."Aap mujhe pyaar hih nahi karthe."

Watching him, Arjun dabbed his forehead not to yell at him, while elders looked in concern due to Arjun's anger... "Arjun...banalo....woh kya khana chahte..." Rajveer stepped in middle.

"Dad...aap ya koi bhi kuch nahi bolega iss mamle mei...aapko pata bhi hain...kya beethe mujh par aur Arjun par....issko uss halath mei dekhe...kitna dard mei tha...aur kitna roo raha tha....chahe toh aap Manish uncle aur kabir se puch sakthe."Sameer replied standing beside Arjun supporting his decision.

pointing his finger at Shree who avoided looking at them , "Aur tu...joh sochna hain socho....hum tere har nakhre, harbaat manthe...lekin jab baat tere health yaa saftey pe aye...hum koi chances nahi Lenge..kuch aur maanglo."

Seeing Shree's sad face, sakshi glared at both..."Mei aapdono ko uske chehre pe smile lanekeliye boli..aur aap log usko ulta daanth rahe hoh."

Before they could retort she stopped them," ek minute..." turning towards Manish..."Uncle aap batatiye...kya shree ko ekdin apne pasand ke khana khane se kuch hoga..."

"Nahi..sakshi, kuch nahi hoga...aur waise bhi uska course complete honewale hain...bas dyaan rakhna hain ki uske body ko nutrients mile rahe ki nahi." Manish replied with a smile.

"sunn liya aapdonon ne..jayiye aur dinner prepare kijiye..."Sakshi ordered them...seeing everyone were on their side both sighed nodding at her.

"Theek hain...lekin keh dena apne dewar se....woh uski flat mei nahi rehega aajse aur wapas ghar ajayega...warna mei iski sari cards seize karwadunga...taki yeh ghar wapas ajaye." Informed Arjun, as his health deteriorated because of him staying alone and not taking care of himself...eating all oily foods and stressing toomuch.

Hearing him Shree glared at his brother..."Jab tak aap ghar wapas nahi ayenge...mei bhi nahi avunga..." making Sam-jun angry.

Sakshi seeing them, interferred..."Shree...chup hojao...aur Aapdono bhi....meri baat suniye. Joh bhi hoga mere hisaab se hoga."

"Bhabi mujhe aapke saath rehna hain..." Shree whined not listening to her.

"Shree...pehle meri baat sunno...shree apne flat mei nahi humare falt me rehega." Sakshi informed them.

"Yeh risk hoga Sakshi...agar kisne dekhliye toh...waise bhi iski tabeeth ke karan hum bahut chances lechuke hain kuch dinon se...shayad ab tak kisko shak bhi aya hoga..." Arjun frowned afraid of their safety.

"Arjun itna kyu soch rahe aap...aap aur bhai waha rehte yeh koi nahi janta...kyunki sabmei aap dono ke address dusre jagah likha na. Kuch nahi hoga...issprakar humsab saath mei rehenge aur kisiko kuch pata bhi nahi chalega." Sakshi convinced them who nodded reluctantly because the place there are living is their company apartment where their employees were given flats and no outsider can enter without permission.

The upper floor was the only one which is off-limits for everyone. Even the elders got satisfied with her idea.

"Abh jayiye aur kaam shuri kijiye..." but seeing someone she said, "Aur apne saath unko bhi lekar jayiye..." which confused them but smirked noticing whom she is pointing.

"Abh meine kya kiya...."kabir asked but Sakshi turned her face from him...the three of them went into kitchen to prepare the dinner.

Here at hall, all laughed after their exit...."mana padega..kya acting karthe aaplog.."Sakshi praised them who were showing fake anger.

It was all her plan to make them prepare Shree's favorite food to cheer him up. "Shree...tu khush haina."

"Ofcourse....aaj mei apne favorite jhem ke khavunga...thanks bhabhi aur aaplogon ko bhi" Shree thanked them in excited voice."meri muh se swad bhi gaya...roj sada huwa khane se..bhai toh mera baat hih nahi manrahe aajkal....aur jab dekho tab SYS sunte mujhe " he mumbled dejectdly while elders giggled at his antics.

Shree glancing at sakshi hugged her tightly..."Thanks bhabhi maa....mujhe bilkul pasand nahi tha akele mei rehna."

The elders sighed as sending him to Shimla was one thing but him leaving alone was what worried them most....who didnot listen to their words to stay in the house. Sakshi smiled caressing his hairs understanding how difficult it was to leave alone who were pampered from the birth itself.

In kitchen the three glanced at eachother faces...."Ab koi batayega....mujhe yeh saza kyu mili... Meine kuch nahi kiya." Kabir asked at both.

Throwing apron at Arjun, Sameer gritted..."issko pucho.....issi ke karan horraha yeh sab..."

"Bas bhi kar...Sameer...aur kitna taana maaroge...mujhe thodina pata chote upset hoga...aur issmei tera haath bhi hain...toh chup chap kaam kar...samje yaa samjaov." Arjun glared at him.

"Teri yeh SYS tum kahi aur use karna....mujhpe work nahi hoga. Chalo kaam karthe, mahraj aur maharani ko khana banate...unke favorite Italian cuisine aur ghar walon keliye indian dishes." Sameer said and three started cooking the food.

By the dinner time they prepared food and with help of servents they placed them on table. Seeing their state all burst at them ignoring their glares.."waah kya baat hain...Mumbai ke janemane ACP aur doctor....aaj ghar ke chef bangaye.." Coelho teased them.

Sakshi going towards them, " Kaha na sakshi Arjun Rawte se panga lena itna asaan nahi....kya se kya hogai aap log." She smirked at them.

The trio glared at her understanding it's her khurafati dimag....sakshi stopping before Kabir, "Waise aap ko abhi tak pata nahi chala ki apko saza kyu mili... right?"

Watching his nod, Sakshi glared at him...."Kyunki....apne mere shree ko subah dara diya, Arjun ke saath milkar...aur mei yeh kabhi bardaash nahi karungi....jiju..." she addressed him, Kabir Singhania...her sister Roshini husband.

"Areh..saali saheba maaf karo mujhe...lekin teri shree kamzor hain...aur woh dawai lene se manakarrahe tey...phir bhi usko daranekeliye I am sorry...ab toh apne jiju ko maaf karo....kitne miss kiya meine tumhe." Kabir whispered catching his ears.

Sakshi hugged him, "Mei bhi apko bahut miss kiya...jiju." Taking her in brotherly embrace...

The trio went to change and came down taking their places. Tasting the food everyone praised the trio..."Thank you so much bhai.....mera zidd pura karnekeliye." Shree whispered to his brother who sat beside him.

"Koi nahi chote...tune mere baat mankar dawai le rahe hoh na......mujhe bhi toh teri baat manne haina.." Arjun replied caressing his curls.

After finishing their dinner...."dessert abhi baki hain..." Sameer said going towards kitchen.

He brought a trolley covered by lid...."Ab ismei kya hain..."

"Yeh... Sakshi keliye chotasa suprise." Saying Arjun made her stand before the trolley and removed the lids. Everyone looked in suprise seeing it.

"Welcome to India...Mrs Rawte..." "Congratulations on joining ETF.." were written on two cakes. One cake was in heart shape which Arjun brought for her...while other had ETF logo.

Seeing their gesture Sakshi looked at them with tears..."iss sab ki kya jarurat..."

"Jarurat hain...choti...teri itne bade step par celebration toh bante hain...ab kat bhi lo"Saying Sameer gave her knife.

Holding it, She took Arjun's hand keeping it on her..."Aapke bina koi celebration pura nahi hoga...Arjun."

She then asked other three..."Aur aap logon ke bina bhi nahi...mei joh kuch bhi huh aapsab ke kaaran huh bhaiya...jiju aur shree." The three smiled placing their hands on the top of them.

The five cut the cakes while family clapped for them, smiling at their bond and praying for their togetherness and happiness.All fed to eachother happily.

"Abh tum bachelog njoy karo..." Saying elders moved from there.

"Tumlog jaov...mei abhi atha huh..."Saying Arjun moved from there. He went to the study knowing....his father would there and his guess was right...elders were present there. Knocking on the door..."Dad...mujhe aapse kuch baat karna hai."

Mr Rawte looked at him knowing he would be coming aske dhim to come inside...."Kya baat hain Arjun?"

Looking at their faces...."Aap achi tarah jante mei kyu aya....phir bhi mei hih puchta huh.....aap apne influence ko use karke sakshi ko ETF bejne ke kya karan hain.... woh bhi bina humse baat kiye." Arjun fired his question.

Suryakant looked at others and then at his elder son who is his pride...."Arjun...yeh sakshi ki zidd hain....kya tum nahi jante ki humhe kitne aas tha ki woh wapas aakar humhare company ko sambhale lekin humhare karan mei apni beti ki sapne ko nazar andaz nahi karsaktha...issliye humhe apna influence use karna pada..."

Arjun nodded with a sigh, "Pata hain dad....lekin agar kisine sakshi ke background check kiya aur aaplogon tak trace karenge toh usski jaan par banjayegi."

Coelho who was silent replied, "Uski chinta mat karo tum...Arjun! Koi sakshi ke details trace nahi karpayenge...meine pura intezaam kiya. Koi bhi sakshi ya Shree ko trace karne ki koshish bhi karenge unko dead end hih milega aur mujhe turant information bhi milega."

Arjun looking at him nodded as his fears were rested, "Thank you...uncle! Agar unhe kuch hota mei kabhi apne aap ko maaf nahi karpaunga."

The elders sighed as he never takes care of himself, "aur nahi tumhe kuch hone denge hum Arjun." Rajveer replied giving a side hug to him. Wishing them all he went from their and joined others.

The younger generation moved to terrace swimming pool area which has open sky view. All settled in sitting area where cushions were arranged. They sat in order in a circle...Arjun, Sakshi, Shree, Sameer and Kabir.

Kabir seeing everyone murmured, "Teri kaami hih lagrahi..Rosh!" He loved her with all his heart and will always love her....the sudden tragedy had hit him as hard as others, because for him Roshini was life. From the first meet itself he loved her crazily.

Seeing him lost, other glanced eachother understanding whom he is remembering. Arjun slowly asked, "Roshini ke baaremei soch rahe hoh..." Bringing him from out of his thoughts.

"Haa...uske jaate do saal hogai...lekin phir bhi aise lagrahe ki woh sab kal hih huwa tha.." Kabir murmured slowly remembering the day which snatched everything from him.

All became sad remembering the night..but it was Sakshi who had guilt in her heart, which no one knows.

Shree to make the environment normal...started his antics..."Waise Jiju...ek baat batayiye...dawai kyu kadwe hote hain...kuch meeta milathe toh kya hota.."

"Shut up Shree...kuch bhi bolega tu.." Arjun said making everyone laugh.

Sakshi gave tight smile not to get their attention...looking up at started she thought...."di...kab yeh sab khatam hoga, kab meri ander ki guilt khatam hogi..."

Diverting her attention to others she smiled listening to their talks. They stayed upto late night talking with eachother. Shree and Sakshi dozed off in between using Arjun as pillow.

Watching them the trio smiled looking at their innocent faces..."Yeh dono to so gaye....ab hum kya kare."

"Hum bhi yahi soo jate....tum Rukho hum blankets leke athe hain....raat ko tandh lagegi unhe." Saying both Sam and kabir left to bring the blankets.

They came back carrying blankets and helped Arjun in covering them three. Arjun caressing Shree's hair frowned..."Kabir...ek baar isko check karo, mujhe tasali milega...raat bhar tandh mei soyega toh kahi iska tabeeth phirse kharab na ho."

Nodding at him Kabir took Shree wrist to check his pulse...."Stress mat lo Arjun...he is fine..." He said making other two sigh in relief. "Acha hain...bas dodin....uske nakhre jhelne padega...dawai dekhte hain bhagna shuru karthe." Sameer replied adjusting the blanket on Shree.

"Sach mei...iska bachpana abhitak nahi gaya.........yaad hain....jab Roshini MBBS padna chahti toh kitne drama kiya yeh..." Arjun chuckled remembering it.

"Haa...aur Roshini se wada bhi liya ki woh kabhi usse kadwe dawai ya injection na dhe...." Sameer replied with a fond smile.

"Aur roshini iska baat bhi mangai..."

"Woh issliye kyunki...Rosh kabhi shree ya sakshi ko dard nahi denachahti bale hih woh iski balai keliye kyu na hoh....aur yeh bhi ki, papa aur mei haina uska dekhbhal karnekeliye." Kabir replied the same answer which Roshini gave him.

Remembering about old days they fell asleep....
