The Beginning of SaiRat :)

This is it. This is the beginning. Up until this point, there was atyant confusion from every side. They said dealwali shaadi but sometimes both Sai and Virat got carried away by it all, especially Sai. But everything is out in the open now (as open as it can be). Sai caught on to VirKhi being more than devar-bhabhi and best friends in Gadchiroli itself but she was in a "Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon" phase. That explains why sometimes she got platonically possessive of Virat sometimes. She thought Pakhi is crossing the threshold of 'friendship' and was overstepping.

Now, she knows how important Pakhi is to Virat. "Mujhe nahin pata tha ki Pakhi Didi itni zaroori hain Virar Sir ke liye." She knows that Pakhi not being around makes Virat sad and restless. This is definitely more than friendship and this is where Sai is going to set boundaries for herself. She won't come in between their god-knows-what-it-is. Her realization of the extent of Virat's feelings for Pakhi came with a tinge of sadness but Sai Joshi is going to convert this sadness into strength. If she was letting herself get swayed by Virat's niceness and their whole pati-patni ka rishta, she won't do it now. In the true sense, she has started building her Sinhagarh ka quila.

As for Virat, I am glad he has realised what a jerk he was to Sai. I absolutely loved when he thought, "Sai mujhe pasand nahin karti lekin bharosa toh karti hai." Good, now please always remember it Vaada Boy. Don't break her bharosa. For the first time, it seems like Virat genuinely thought about Sai's feelings (result ke baarein main pareshani) without it coming from a farz/zimmedari/obligation. This is an indication, he's genuinely growing concerned for Sai but the damage is done. The quila construction work has begun and Virat has to do a lot of work, get the mightiest ghorpads there are to be able to scale these walls. Sai is now clear about where she and Pakhi stand in Virat's life. Virat is confused, as usual but the shift in tide is happening. Everything is as clear as it can be and now is the true beginning of SaiRat.

Sai joining hands to Pakhi is a BIG DEAL for her and she did that for Virat.

One thing I really like about SaiRat is honesty. That day he said, HE wants her to stay, mat jao cause MUJHE BURA LAGEGA and now she's like I'll do it FOR YOU. <3

That's very nice to see in ITV where feelings are largely just bottled up.

I am really excited to see their journey of falling in love with each other... And while Sai will restrict her feelings and actions to herself, Virat will struggle to break down the walls created by his own actions between them

I know the "pyaar" slip up really hurt Sai, but I am so glad it is out there in the open.

The first step to moving on really is to acknowledge that you still like/love the person, but despite your feelings, you accept that you need to move on in life. I saw the correction to dosti as being that.

Of course his confession came with its own damage. It was always going to happen, anyway. He was always going to need to come clear with his feelings.

Sai thought Virat was "bechain" without Pakhi and couldn't sleep because of that, unbeknown to her, she has already built the wall around her heart, and she will guard it so fiercely that Virat will really turn "bechain"

I have a heart-ache since I watched it. It feels like a pain so close that I cannot describe it. I cannot let go of Sai's face from my eyes when she was sitting in bed and talking to him. Her ache was so visible and so audible. That man cannot see anything. I think he became an IPS because of his elitist family ka vasheela. 😵 He makes me angry (Save the PP house scene). 😡 Why would you do that to an 18-year-old to derive the pleasure from your contorted idea of nibhaoing zimmedari.

Though hearing pyaar word from virat is cringeworthy , good that he didn't try to push it under the name of best friend .

But I guess the damage is already done...... Sinhagadh ki neev ab lag gaya hai and the night scene is a reflection of same.

I just wished he should have gone down the memory lane and put their yoga wala love story before Sayi ............ Bechari behosh hi hojaati 🤣🤣🤣
