We're forgetting why the Chavans want Pakhi at home so badly...

I've been following the show through India forums while catching up on previous episodes on Hotstar. In many posts I'm seeing people complaining about the Chavans' unjustified support for PP and their stubbornness at trying to keep their "ghar ki izzat" at home.

But do you think that is all? Do din ki aayi huyi bahu ko itna sar pe kyun chadhayenge? That too Bhavani, who can silence anyone (except Sai) with one glare of hers?

I don't know if anyone remembers, but in previous episodes after they found out about Samrat being MIA, Bhavani and Ninad had a chat about this. They were scared that if Samrat doesn't return, then all his money will go to his wife (PP) not his mother (Mansi). So they decided to make sure PP is included and feels loved in the Chavan house. They made sure to ensure that she doesn't leave the house so that if Samrat doesn't come back, Mansi would still have access to his money.

True. good you raised it. I think day before in one of the posts someone commented how PP would keep the money and still have nothing to do with anyone except Virat or something like that. But i don't think if PP discovers this, she'll be after the money. I don't think it money can be her motivation. Although if she learns about it, she might use that as a threat to have her way in other matters with Bhavani Sena

This.. Pakhi doesn't know about this money angle yet, but I think she will soon figure it out.

I also read someone post that Kaku character in tamil wanted Pakhi to marry Virat so that the money stays in the home and doesn't mind Pakhi wanting EMA.

Damn! I didn't know that the chavan family has hidden motives behind their favorite mature daughter in law. I used to skip those scenes.🤪

I remember a scene where when Samrat was leaving he left a cheque book with Paaki for her and his mother. I had loved that about him. He cared about their needs.
