Exactly. In most houses that is the busiest time of the day and most people don't even have time to sit down for breakfast. Here, they have 2 hour dramas for breakfast.

The writers of this show seem to be morning people. All their dramas are in the mornings. No dinner dramas... 😂 😂

THIS! Once Sai starts going to college, they will show that she does all the kaam kaaj plus studies super hard. Why can't Virat also help out in the house work?! Bas aa kar baith jata hai. TV reach is very strong, if they show Virat and Sai equally sharing the chores, it can actually normalise this in households and maybe reduce male entitlement a bit.

I know man😭. What I would give to have a male lead who does household chores...It saddens me that Sai is 18-19 and she has to be a “bahu”. I’m almost her age, and to even think about getting married rn, sends shudders through my body.

Yes in the Tamil version they do have an instance where he does sai's share of kitchen chores when Sai falls sick. And that's a big deal!

I know right. These shows just propagate these regressive ideas. For God's sake she's just 18, they even made her out to be a super girl who knows to make all kinds of dishes perfectly. What if she did not know...? That would have been more relatable...more realistic if you ask me.

Seriously! I am a couple of years older than Sai and shaadi chodo, I feel nowhere ready even mentally to be in a relationship. Even Ashwini for all her awesomeness is sort of regressive. That day she laughed while saying "Virat ko sirf paani ubalna aata hai". Theekh hai, cooking is a life skill. Nahin aata toh nahin aata but she always taunts Pakhi for not coming to the kitchen. I wish they'd shown that Sai can't cook, then probably everyone would've said "Ghar se kuch seekh kar nahin aayi." This show is way better than most but still maintains a lot of regressive elements.

Yeah... unfortunately this is the major reason for today's 2.4🤔😆...but anyways the drama is being made bearable bcoz of Sai....I just hope they give equal importance to their relationship and career as well😒
