This is a great post btw!! I wanted to explore music for these two and can happily now do it via your post :)
Since the movie released, I've been obsessed with the songs of Sairat (the Marathi film). Ajay-Atul's music has a wonderful undertone that mixes desire, yearning, mischief and love all together in a superb form. I was pleasantly surprised that the ship name for our dear leads is SaiRat (because DUH, they have songs written for them). There are few lines from the title track song that I LOVE and are apt for these two as well. I'll try and translate in my 4th Standard marathi (apologies if i've gotten any of this wrong, but hopefully i can convey the meaning).
Haan Badloon gaelen yaa saaran
Pirtichan Sutalanyaa waaran
Everything has changed, since the winds of love have started to blow
Allad Bhambavalyalan
Billori paakhru nyaaran
A bemused, almost childlike, innocent love (i think they compare the wind to a bird)
Aalan manaatlan hyaa vatamandi
Anaa hatamandi haata alaan jii
The unsaid thoughts have come to my lips, and your hands are now in mine
Sairaat zhaala jii
My heart/love has tipped into a wild frenzy
While I've done a line wise translation of my favourite parts, basically it's conveying how the feeling of falling in love.
Sairat i think translates to wild/wilderness but reflects feeling/loving with abandon like a raging fire
The inflections he puts on the Sairattt is fantastic!! Do give it a listen if you can.
Super apt for how these two are
