In some ways I think they purposely sent Nisha to jail and Ramesh straight out from the confession room. They would have known there would be a big oppari if she was present when Ramesh was being eliminated. That would have been embarrassing for their family members.

Edited to add - Som has no self respect. How can he let someone talk to him and call him like that . Archana taking advantage of Som’s submissive nature. She is like an emotional abuser.

So far they’ve shown Bala saying words directly to contestants faces, and Archana talking behind. We wouldn’t know if he uses insulting words behind the scenes, but even that “Adjustment” word was used offscreen. Anyway that’s just speculation on my part. Aana Archana panra trailer eh ipdinda, mulussa epdi irukkum? Is this how she speaks to her colleagues at work? Before this she has scolded Sanam behind her back too using unsavoury words.
