The allegations against him are serious and as Abhinav said, they’ve connected those messages and that one statement of “laafa maarna” (which in itself was in retaliation) to his behaviour being violent?! Why would someone in public eye not consider it defamation and take legal action against it?

So true. It was so clear that they got scared of court and therefore came in the show. That lady was not even letting any one speak. How conveniently they put the entire blame on abhinav and rubina seriously???

In India lawsuits go on for years.

Kavita only went personal on BB. Rubinav shld have had face off in the begining itself instead of allowing Ms Kaushik to go this far.

No one even talked about Kavita at least not in the main episodes. Only when Vikas told them, Rubinav decided to take legal action. They are absolutely not wrong. Why would they let anyone ruin their image, that too when they can't even defend themselves from inside.

Very disgusted. Salman was trying to act like this is no big deal and just little bigg boss drama. No, it is bigger than that and VERY disgusting. If someone's character has been defamed, he has every right to take legal action. EVERY right to go to court. If Abhinav had been lying, he would not have brought up court. Kavita tried to act so unbothered and that she never does anything first blah blah she just wants it all left behind, NO Kavita. YOU are the one who brought up your friendship with Abhinav. If I was Rubina and Abhinav, I would sue Kavita and Ronit along with Colors and all the sponsors.

And if it was scripted, then shame on all involved on making a mockery of the institution of marriage for entertainment.

Millions of couples are struggling to make a marriage work due to financial difficulties, especially this year due to pandemic and they don even stoop so low but celebs can come on a reality show and earn money by airing their dirty laundry .

Let’s see what happens after BB ends if Rubina and Abhinav take legal action against Kavita and Ronit because defaming someone is very wrong.. if they don and forget all about it .. then I’m sorry but proves they were in on it from the start and have no respect for their marriage .. only time will tell on what happens in future. I really hope they do take legal action

Salman hand is behind dis Kavita fiasco . BB n Salman targeted Rubina n took revenge on her by maligning her yrs of hard work n image n her personal life .when rubinav talked about legal action on dis Kavita fiasco , Salman got scared n saying leave it n saying to Rubina , it’s not big deal n leave it n Rubina said like ya made so much of deal out of it n it’s not big deal . Salman knew Kavita . Salman , BB through Kavita took revenge on Rubina for standing herself n her hubby n she is threat to their fav , even going to destroy lives also .rubina don’t leave dis Salman, BB one 👁 n rangeela , put defamation case for maligning n destroying careers n lives .these BB losers must be honoured with stones , pathetic .

Personally, even though BB really needs to learn the line between what is and isn't okay (Asim's imaginary girlfriend last year comes to mind - surprise surprise - Gupta started that too). But I don't think a lawsuit on Colors makes sense. They had an airtight contract I'm sure, and Colors have just been expressing their opinions, as creepy and backwards as they may be. If I was to advise Abhinav and Rubina, I would say forget Colors. Just simply attack Kavita and Ron for defamation. After all, I'm sure no single Contract mentioned anything about Ron's twitter profile. Just by winning the case a clear message will be delivered to Rangeela.

TBH if they sue KK it’ll be career suicide. We all know how the buddy buddy system works. Sad as it is — they know better than to go against Salman and what he said.
