I can think of three possibilities:

1. Vihaan and Vansh are twins and they switched places occasionally unknown to everyone. Even Riddhima didnt know she was living with two men.

2. Vihaan and Vansh are the same person with Multiple Personality Disorder.

3. It is Vansh all along...n this whole Vihaan, joker, twin, etc are his plan to expose the culprits.
