Dr. Sai Joshi Chavan: Dont blur the dream..

Sai married Virat to come to Nagpur to study medicine. Now that Virat has clearly stated how he is being tormented over this marriage issue, offering to record a statement with the truth and then putting her energy to use for her own goals might help them to reassess their relationship through a better lens. Her dreams should also be her priority, just like giving back Virat his IPS stature again will help reignite his respect for her. Truly feel like her focus should be now instead of this kitchen politics and giving twopence about Paakhi and her antics, to start studying for her career and future. It will truly help her to deal better with the wounds still left open after the sudden passing of her Aaba, because she really has not been given time to consider what she wishes to pursue in her own life post that. Eventually anyways, in her view, at this point #SaiRat have said they dont intend on continuing this marriage once she is a doctor.

Studying means she will get a break from this drama, be able to use her intellect where it is valued and needed, gain respect in the eyes of society, get a chance to make her Aaba proud and eventually get the opportunity to move out of this hell of a house, away from the adarsh high-caste bahus, who will keep interfering in everything to stay keep their importance in Virat's life. Even if she falls for Virat then, it will be an equals rather than a saviour-survivor story as portrayed right now.

100% YES to the thoughts on your post! It always annoys me that the leads start of with great ambitions and goals and it always gets diluted and (and that maybe purely because the studio budget is only to shoot in a home)

I want Sai to go back to focussing on her dream, she's been wanting to be a doctor far more and longer than room mate. For any evolution, they both just need some space and I think this is the perfect plot device to move into.

I sincerely hope this show focusses on both their careers, the trials and tribulations they face in it and then the natural extension to seeking out each other in case of any issues.

I started watching this show only for Sai and how unlike any other female lead she is, and I really wish they continue to maintain that uniqueness in her.

i really hope sai will ignore virat and concentrate on her studies

Much as we would like it that way, she is human. She has also developed attachment with Virat which she cannot acknowledge at the moment. And she's still ambitious. Why can't an ambitious woman have a career and also be passionately in love, when that happens? For a change, I would love to see Sai being as good at her work as she can be in the kitchen - of course only if it is also part of her passion to cook and not out of thrusted responsibilities. That's what most of us women are - multi taskers and a helluva good one at it. Sai Joshi Chavan can treat patients at the hospital as well her family at the dinner table (for mental illness as they need) with paramparik cuisines. 😳

Yes ofcourse! It is her dream that was reflected in Aaba's eyes and she deserves to get a chance to pursue it. Also feel like the family drama is getting to her and she needs a break from it, and Virat a little bit, just like he does in this situation. Hope the future tracks do her justice in that sense.

You seem to have interpreted my post differently than it was intended.

I have never posed any questions about taking care of the kitchen, forming relationships and/or multitasking..just stated that in the current track, focusing her energy on studying for her exams and medicine will give her energy the right outlet since that was what she had come to Nagpur for. Taking a break from the family drama and Virat will help him to notice her as she is, and both get to process this relationship. Virat and Sai will then fall for each other with mutual respect as equals, rather than because he saved her and they live together.

No I didn't interpret it in another way. I got the point and i agree with it 🤗. But what I was trying to say was it is fine if she can manage both in TV we often see only one side of the bahu unless the storyline revolves around work may be. Of course her motivation should only be her studies at the moment but it's hard to not form an attachment with someone who you have married at the end of the day.

Just wanted to ask what is sais qualification n age? ?? I mean I saw that she wants to get to a med school. Is she just 12th??

Sai focussing on studying instead of Kitchen politics will not bring TRP. So that won't happen.

We (& Virat) will keep getting tortured with these petty fights between Sai & Pakhi, along with bonus fights from Bhavani & Ashwini.

Besides watching Sai studying will be boring. I need drama & Sai provides good dose of it, when she's erupting like a volcano at everyone 🤣

Agree with your post babe!
Even I feel that Sai is giving away too many f*cks.
She can choose to ignore all the drama and focus on her studies, build her career, become a successful doctor.

But then I realised, that won’t make her Sai. The way they have portrayed Sai, she is a strong woman who doesn’t take wrong from people and doesn’t let wrong happen to people ( As Virat said ) .

There were some instances where she could have avoided the drama for eg. the dining table and her reaction to Pakhi could have been a bit low .

Besides that her reaction looked justified to me . She can get mad at Pakhi for continuous interfering in her life and mad at Virat for behaving this way.

It’s just that, that’s how she has always been.

I’m sure she will insist not living with Chavan’s as she’s not a charity case and won’t take a scratch on her self respect.
