yeah same goes with the trigger point treatment and mayofascial release techniques we do even the joint mobilization.. hubby is an excellent in all those manual therapy things .. but when he gives any of it it makes me yell to the top of my voice it pains so much at that time but the next day the pain is gone..😆

( hubby always say trust me it will go away n you will feel better , now just tolerate it,,😆)

my hubby never knows if its heavy rains or winds or anything.. bijli gire toh bhi nahi.. n I woke up feeling like meri windows and roof udd jaayenge in the strong wind mein..

@ bold ditto.,. once I woke up shouting mummyyyy when his hand landed on my neck I thought its a snake..🤣
