Just a thought came in my mind,when there was a flashback shown where Vansh tells Ishaani that he already thought about his nephew or niece's name and Riddhima,smiling at their bonding. My take on this chotu sa track.. And,Vansh is very much alive,as well.

Riddhima sat on the park's bench,overlooking the little kids' who were playing,either on the swing or sliding down the big slide. Their peels of laughter filled up the atmosphere.
She tried to smile but couldn't,as she felt hollow from inside. Somebody rightly said, smallest of things hurt you a lot in life.
Her reverie was broken by the phone call of Vansh. She rubbed her tear filled puffy eyes and answered the call.
"Kahaan ho Riddhima? Kitni der lagegi??? Ishaani ke bacche ka naamkaran shuru hone wala hai?" Vansh chirped,as he sounded excited on his nephew's naming ceremony.
She smiled sadly over the phone. She covered her mouth to stop her muffled sobs. Yet,she had to reply.
"Woh.. Mujhe aane mein der hojayegi,ek emergency hai.. Tum log shuru karo.."
"Par bacche ka naamkaran toh tum karogi na,toh phir?? Abhi sab niptake niklo udhar se,time tak pohuch jaogi." Vansh replied,wanting her in the mansion,right away.
She laughed sadly.
"Naam toh tumne bohut pehle se hi soch liya hai.. Tum naam rakkho ya main rakkhu,koi farak nahi parhta. Jo bhi naam rakhoge,accha hi hoga aur classy bhi.." Riddhima expressed her sadness.
"Aur waise bhi,mujhe aane mein bohut der hojayegi.. Tum hi naam rakhdo bacche ka.. Mujhe abhi jaana hai,ghar aake baat karti hu. Bye,Vansh!!" Saying this,she cut the call and covered her face and cried her heart out.
Vansh could feel the sadness and the unwanted feeling in her voice. He realised what made her sad and hurt. Despite being the eldest daughter-in-law of the house,she was not asked on her opinions of naming the first great grandson of the Rai Singhania house hold.
He closed his eyes in pain and let the fact sink in his heart that she was hurt,a lot,that too by him only.
