I think she said it more on the lines k kavita was evicted for what she did with ejaz and when she came back she tried too hard to prove she isnt the way she had reacted earlier ..

About gauhar and salman .. i would say it wasnt a general opinion about everyone who leaves show and comes back and definitely not for gauhar since she stood for her words till the end .. it was a specific statement for a person who had done something similar in past

There is a difference here. Kavita bringing personal lives of others and dragging someone's husband is very much different from Gauhar taking stand for herself and others.
