I think she will. She’s a doctor and a compassionate woman. If Manav explains to her what inspired...how he was brutally attacked, loss of memory, etc..and if she truly loves him...she’ll support him. Manav is an orphan...he has no blood family,.his child is the only blood family he has...So if she’s a loving wife , she’ll support him after hearing what he’s been through . But we will see how it turns up..these itv drama writers cAn write anything they want to create drama..🤷🏻‍♀️

I agree with what you are saying, but this serial is all about Sarab/Meher, so that is why I feel Karan will stay with them.

Also, Manav hasn't been honest with Aditi and Seema (he didn't tell the whole truth to her) and sneaked behind them to get Karan's DNA test done and took assistance from Robbie and Partak.
