Why did Sai say Virat Sir in todays episode?

I am confused everyone Sai is very angry with Virat but she said Virat Sir before he left.

Also I am wondering whether she will call him Sir after marriage, no way that will be awkward.

I m also wondering that too.. she called and then said nothing..

Well, i found that weird too..🤔

He was leaving maybe to stop him,😆 she thought about him once again before slitting her wrist then she herself said "Why am I thinking about him?"

I have to watch that scene again. I didn't understand it much. SaiRat abhi seh bin bole ek doosre ko samajhte hain!! 😳
