~ Shot - 1 ~
The first rays of the sun were falling on the plants, the sun was bright and high in the sky.... the sounds of cars honking, people walking down the streets for their works, local transport fully packed for the busy day ahead.... but in all this was a single soul whose life turned upside down in mere moments without her doing anything.
She was leaning against the bedpost and the only thing that could keep herself together was, their candid moment captured accidentally in her phone by her younger sister-in-law, these pics, his past behaviour, their past moments and the love in her heart for him, are the only things that are giving her comfort these days not letting get weak in front of him and others... her eyes were red and puffy indicating how constantly she cried, more like every day, night more like every waking moment of her life for past fifteen days.
A single decision which she has taken lead her to this moment today, a painful and stupid decision but made her feel and think that it is right decision nonetheless but in her stupidity doing right and being righteous she lost everything that held close to her heart... Why?
Why?
A single three-letter word for which she doesn't have an answer or she does have but she doesn't want to accept it because it proves for herself how stupid and a big fool she was because she was blinded the fake love, care and concern she was showered with from that man who calls himself a Cop and a responsible citizen of a country...
After everything that happened, why can't she be strong and face everything being an Orphan without a mother to love and care for her, to scold her, to teach her, a father to whom she is a princess, holding a special place in his heart, having sole attention of his on her, a brother or a sister, they may be elder or younger to her who will play with her, tease her and protect her all this was her dream to have but she was never fortunate enough to have all of it and she found ahh she thought she found all of this in that person when she was just a pawn to him to reach his goal and gain his victory over his supposed enemy and she like a fool fell in his trap hook, line and sinker...which cost her, her husband, her love who truly taught her the meaning of love and happiness
Flashback:
She stood behind the door hiding in the shadows but she could not comprehend what was happening around her as she was hearing but her mind and heart could not process them, as the conversation was going between them in front of her eyes. There the man she thought she loved is having a conversation with her mother-in-law, her husband's step-mother whom he loves more than anyone in this world. She was here because Dadi insisted to call Anupriya down as she loves Vansh as her own and she was close to him while Riddhima walked towards Anupriya's room reluctantly but froze in her steps listening to Kabir's voice.
"Kabir, stop blaming yourself, I know what happened was not right but it is not your fault," Anupriya said placing her hand on his shoulder with a sad smile.
"But Mom...." Kabir tried to speak only for both of them to laugh loudly which reflected deception, victory and happiness along with arrogance while Riddhima was shocked to hear word Mom from his mouth.
"Really Mom... It was fun playing with that bloody Orphan Riddhima who taught it is good to deceive me and turn her back on me because she started loving that stupid oaf your step-son, Vansh Rai Singhania, she taught she can do as she likes but what she doesn't know is she is just a mere pawn in my game to make Vansh lose," Kabir said.
"When you told me about your plan of using her as our inner spy and to trap her as she is innocent, naive and a fool to fall in your trap of fake love, I thought you are insane for trusting her but you proved me wrong and I'm happy about that because without her it was not easy to trap Vansh, damn that man doesn't even trust his shadow but he trusted her with his heart, his love and emotions and I found out he was going to share his past with her which would have ruined our plan completely but your quick action on it by manipulating her through your words and compelled her to believe you which gave us victory over him and we now are going to gain control over VR Empire completely," Anupriya said smirking while Kabir poured two glasses of wine for each one of them with a smirk reflecting on his face.
"Yeah, the hard work I have put in her, for two years acting like an innocent, loving, kind and honourable man and a stupid PT teacher for the brats was really tough but it paid off, I mean she fell into my trap just like that seeing my facade, what not I did to make her believe in me, I killed Neha my spy that I sent as a dancer to Vansh's party to trap him but in the end moment she came to know my truth, so I killed her and created as if Vansh was the one who killed her because she came to know his truth, then when I came to know that Riddhima was going to propose me for marriage through Sejal accidentally, I made sure that I faced Vansh that day and we both had a fight and i played with my life and made her desperate enough that she will play to my tunes the way I want her," Kabir revealed and Anupriya smirked while she was looking like she was in thoughts.
"I was doubtful of her being helpful to us as I started before Kabir, but as time passed I have seen her snooping around and to protect my image of being true mother and daughter-in-law to them, I acted of warning her not to do so and to increase her curiosity and to know Ragini's truth, I started to have an image of the masked person but she was close to the truth so I burnt Uma RaiSinghania's portrait and frames her and seeing Vansh anger I thought he will throw her out but the shootout which was our plan of harming her and gaining his trust back on her and we succeeded too," Anupriya said and Kabir nodded his head in appreciation.
"Killing D'Souza was important as she came to know, it was you who was yellow gloved person amd who tried to scare Riddhima, then I came to know Ragini is alive through Riddhima as she was a fool and stupid enough to reveal the truth to the person who tried kill Ragini first time as she came to know that it was you who killed Uma and Arjun Rai Singhania but to know the truth Vansh protected her and showed to the world that she was dead," Kabir said and Anupriya was running her hands fondly on the chair where Vansh used to sit in the study room while Kabir sat in that like he owns it which was making Riddhima's blood boil like lava seeing him on her husband's chair.
"Yeah, you killed Ragini this time perfectly and then Siya came to know the truth and you made sure that she is out of our way and now all we need to do is removing Riddhima and other family members from our way which is quite easy as now Vansh is no more as he was mad enough to kill himself in Riddhima's love," Kabir said and Riddhima started to join the dots and the pieces that were missing in the puzzle all this time and she couldn't stand there anymore and listen to any of it, so she ran away from there to their room while tears started to flow co continuously.

Her breaths were coming in short, her lungs burned in protest while her body was shivering due to cold of chilling weather yet she didn't stop, the pain in her foot was numbing yet it felt like someone pierced her very being and when she looked around she found herself in the place where she saw him last falling from the cliff confessing his love for her and the scene which was embedded in her memory came alive playing in a loop.
She took a step towards the cliff ready to fall when a memory came alive which was one of the memories she had with Vansh before Kabir came there to arrest him and she was pulled into memory like a trance where they confessed their love indirectly on Karvachauth and how he said with or without the watch she gifted him, she will always be alive in his heart which made her heart twist in the pain of losing the only person who loved her truly. She closed her eyes and all her moments with him playing in front of her eyes and she opened her eyes with determination, love, hate, anger, vengeance and thirst for the blood of her enemies who snatched her love, her husband from her.
After One Year:
There he is standing tall at the door looking attractive, handsome in his black tux, his aura was more dangerous than before filled with power, cunningness, arrogance, brood, sexy, anger, hate and upon that vengeance, Angre at his side like always.
Vansh
Dadi called dropping the plate from her hand and walked towards her grandson in shock, happiness, longingness and love of seeing her elder grandson alive in front of her eyes looking healthy and alive.
Dadi, careful
Vansh said moving forward and caught his grandmother from falling and hugged her tight after taking blessings and he observed his family members who have various expressions on their faces. Rudra and Chanchal were having stunned and shocked expressions, Ishani was happy seeing her brother back and alive, His Mom was shocked and he can sense fear in her eyes which made him smirk internally.
Where were you all these months Vansh, we missed you, your presence and protection were lacking in our life because your way of expressing your love for us was that and Angre where did you find my Vansh?
Dadi questioned looking at her grandson and grandson-in-law while Angre and Vansh looked at each other for a second communicating silently for a moment and Angre took a deep breath before answering.
I found Bhai in hospital Dadi when he fell from the cliff, he slipped into a coma, and from our detective, I found him that day itself but doctors said him being alive are very slim, so I couldn't tell anyone and I'm sorry about that Dadi...
Angre replied but he couldn't hide his anger and hate in his voice at Riddhima and Kabir who is in a mansion from last six months as a RaiSinghania as Dadi accepted him as her other grandson while Vansh eyes we're searching for the person who was responsible for all this but couldn't find her which made him frown and he couldn't even ask Angre about her as Angre was with him, looking after him in hospital and was away from home and was doing everything to protect from inside enemies as much as he can.
Dadi, Bhabhi said she can't reach home tonight too as she has an important meeting and Chachu Bhabhi denied you from coming to office as Aryan bhai is there who is going to handle the meeting...
Ishani said reading the message she just received while Vansh and Angre looked at her in shock and surprise of her calling Riddhima Bhabhi and knowing about Aryan handling a meeting while they can hear Dadi sharp intake of breath in worry.
This girl doesn't take care of herself and her health, always running behind business and protection of this family, sometimes I find Vansh in her, Ishaani, call your Bhabhi and tell her that, I slipped and fell from steps and got my leg sprained...
Dadi said and Ishani frowned at that in worry and doubt in her eyes knowing her bhabhi is someone who she doesn't cross these days as she became someone who cannot recognise this Riddhima with old one, the person who is now living with them is ruthless, emotionless, cunning, strong-willed, cunning and a shrewd businesswoman who doesn't think about anyone other than them and the business empire her brother formed with his hard work and amazing business skills who ruled the VR empire like a King he was and now it is being ruled by his queen the way he wanted and everyone in the business world fears her because she created an image for herself.
Dadi, I want to be alive when my baby comes into this world you know... Last time when we lied to her to bring her back home as she was out far from us for two months immersing herself in business, she didn't talk to any one of us for a month and I don't like when she ignores me so I'm not going to do it, ask Mom or Chachi...
Ishani said strongly while Chanchal and Anupriya took a step back in fear and Vansh along with Angre were stunned as they can see light trembling in Anupriya's body due to fear.
It is impossible for both of them even with their combined effects and asking Aryan is waste of time because he can at least open his mouth in front of his elder brother but when it comes to his bhabhi he becomes a cat and her friend Sejal is out of the picture as from last eight months she is missing and no one knows where she is...
Dadi said frowning in worry and concern, while Ishani looked at her grandmother in worry for her Bhabhi who became something equal to mother in last one year due to the absence of her brother in her life, while she took the responsibilities and duties of being then elder daughter-in-law and wife of her brother by shoulder everything of them on her shoulders and Vansh couldn't take this suspense anymore as he always liked to be in control of everything.
What is all this Dadi, where is Riddhima? I haven't seen her anywhere?
Vansh questioned her grandmother and he can see uneasiness and uncertainty in his sister and grandmother's eyes and before they can reply anything, they all heard the sound of tires screeching and turn around only to see Riddhima coming out of the car being in a phone call and Vansh was stunned and shocked looking at his wife who was looking skeletal, she lost colour, the glow in her face, her eyes were devoid of any mascara or eyeshade, her lips were dry and chapped and were in a simple plain red dress with loose hair...
I hope you are ready to sign the deal Mr Wright and I will appreciate if this call is about you informing me about that...
Riddhima said with blank voice but everyone can hear the warning and ordering tone in her voice while she was unaware of her surroundings We work hard to get profits and I work smart to get extra profits that don't mean you are not getting what you desired for as you planned to but within the percentage, I offer and Mr Wright you do better remember with whom you are dealing because if you even think to betray me or doublecross me then you will face Mrs Vansh Rai Singhania, not Riddhima if I were you, I will fear my presence in your life...
Riddhima warned him and walked inside lost in a phone call while Aryan was following behind her with grin as he nailed the deal for which he was responsible and Ishaani along with Chanchal and Rudra was relived while Aryan came and stood beside Ishaani and opened his mouth to say something when he stood frozen in his spot seeing Vansh alive in front of him and just then all Vansh can do was utter his wife's name in shock and surprise.
Riddhima
She heard someone calling her and she looked up to see who the person was and was frozen in her spot while Vansh slowly took steps towards and she started equally walking back from him to maintain the distance and when he was few feet away from her in distance, she ran from there to their room which was now her sanctity and the only thing keeping her going on in life with her turning insane and when Vansh tried to follow her Ishaani stopped him by clutching his wrist and shaking her head in denial...
Bhabhi needs time Bhai, she is in shock seeing you alive in front of her eyes after this much time when she was having difficulty of accepting you not being there anymore in her life, the person now in front of us is someone whom we don't want and we want our Riddhima Bhabhi back, you don't know what happened in this one year...
Ishaani said strongly and Angre along with Vansh looked at her in question and Ishaani looked at Dadi who signalled her to tell and Ishani took a deep breath...
It all started after twenty days when Angre left us for a business meeting on urgent basis and...
