Well I may not like Sanam much , but I think I am on her side here , Expecting her to say sorry for one time is too much , maybe she hadn't had appetite that day , or maybe she was upset or whatever , if it was her continuous habit then KH could have reprimanded her gently , but for just one time I think it is bit too much .
