They had it for few seasons but that format was not successful. So stopped with BB 12. From BB 13 (most successful season for hindi BB) it's only celebrities/models now.

Samething happened in KANNADA bb too, they tried and one public contestant came 2nd, infact he gave very tough competition so, they kept him in secret room for a week to get his fan votes come down... After that they stopped public bringing.
