I have a theory regarding Uma.

Maybe, Anupriya poisoned RS senior's mind against Uma 14 years ago. Uma was forced to divorce him, leaving Vansh devastated as a kid.

Then Anupriya got married...n Vansh began hating Uma.

Years later, Anupriya brought Ragini into Vansh's life to help Kabir. Initially, Ragini played along...but gradually she fell in love with Vansh. And came to know about Anupriya's truth.

She tried to bring Uma back into Vansh's life...but sensing this, Anupriya poisoned Vansh against Ragini. Later, she killed Uma (which Ragini saw) and before Ragini could reveal that to Vansh, Anupriya shot her.

Then Vansh came to know of Uma's death and vowed to find out the murderer. He realized Ragini knows something...so he kept her alive.

It makes consistency then. So after knowing about his mother's murder vansh might start to feel soft corner for his mother ...hence this love & hate battle in his heart for his mother.

Ya i clearly remember & I even told it in spoiler post today... I thought spoiler maybe confused in lieu of father it wrote mother . But after promo out it said that spoiler was right. Now this patents murdering matter has become confusing ...we always knew his father was murdered but mother also was murdered this was not ever mentioned. Cvs have made everything messed up. I think few cvs have been changed.
