1.5 months leap:
Riddhima sat on the makeshift swing near the swimming pool with Daadi helping her favorite bahu to knit clothes for the Junior Raisinghania,while Sia and Ishaani planned for having a small baby shower for Riddhima.
Riddhima missed Vansh big time,as he was away on national duty and she is immensely proud of her husband,but at times,her heart wants him to be with her,to feel his love and warmth.
Her eyes teared up which was noticed by Daadi. She carressed her head and asked her not to worry,as they have to prepare for the Godh Bharai of Riddhima.

Evening:
Riddhima dressed up in a light pink coloured lehenga and wore simple and light jewellery made by Sia. As she looked at her reflection in the mirror,she blushed heavily. By that time,Riddhima's mother came and was in awe,as she saw her daughter. She had tears of joy and put a black dot behind her ear,to shoo away all the evil eyes.
Panditji called for Riddhima and she was carefully brought down by Sia,Ishaani,Aaryan and Ranveer,under a Phoolon Ka Chaadar. Sejal made her sit on the swing carefully. Panditji chanted some mantras' and prayed for the safety and wellbeing of the mother and the unborn child.
After the prayers,one by one,everybody came to bless Riddhima and gifted her gifts and showered her with blessings. The atmosphere was full of happiness and glee as it was the celebration of the pre arrival party of the first great grand child of the Raisinghania clan.
Ishaani took the mic and spoke about a game all will play. She explained the rules of the games while everyone became really excited. Riddhima so wished to have Vansh near her. She is missing him badly and their baby was also kicking her belly,quite vigorously,agreeing with Riddhima that he or she missed their Papa.
Everyone played their turns and now it was Riddhima's turn. She was already sad and didnt have the heart to play,but had to bent infront of the family members.
"Bhabhi,chit uthaiye aur boliye kya likkha hai???" Sia asked excitedly.
Riddhima picked a chit and opened it to find that she has to sing Vansh's favorite song. She smiled and blushed at the same time.
Everyone teased her while she hid her face in her palms.
"Bas karo tum sab!!! Aur kitna chirhaoge meri bacchi ko!!!" Daadi chided everyone.
"Aap bhi na Daadi!!! Hum bhi toh jaane ki Bhabhi ko humare Vansh bhai ki favorite gaane ke baare mein pata hai kya?? Kyun Bhabhi??" Aaryan replied with a wink.
Riddhima nods with a smile and closes her eyes to feel her Vansh.
"Hum tere bin ab reh nahi sakte,
Tere bina kya vajood mera,

She sings from her heart as she could feel him around her. Tears brimmed in the corners of her eyes', as they threatened to fall down any moment. She was missing Vansh a lot. She carressed her baby bump and stood under the Flower Chandelier.

Tere liye har roz hain jeete,
Tujhko diya mera waqt sabhi,
Koi lamha mera na ho tere bina,

She openly confessed her love for Vansh and what she feels for him. Her heart misses her big time. She just wants him now,beside her,taking her into his warm embrace,erasing away her pain and worries. Lately,she was worried because her pregnancy reports showed some worrying signs,which made her cry the whole night. She wanted to share it with him,she wanted him to take away all her pain and throw them away in a deep pit.
She couldn't complete the song as she broke down completely.. The family members huddled around her in worry,as they thought that she was having labour pain.
"Daadi,mere Vansh ko laa dijiye,please. Mujhse aur raha nahi jaraha hai... Main unhe bohut miss kar rahi hu.. (turning to Ranveer) aap toh unke colleague hai na?? Unke base mein call karke puchiye na ki kab laut rahe hai woh!!! Please,koi meri baat karwao Vansh ke saath!!" Riddhima screamed in desperation.
"Vannnshhhhh!!!" Riddhima screamed his name and finally broke down.
Suddenly,a voice came from the entrance,resonating throughout the hall. There he stood,in all his fine glory,with his killer smile etched on his face. He brought rose bouquet,as his wifey loved them a lot.
Ishaani and Sia ran towards Vansh and hugged him tightly and cried,seeing him after one and half months.
"Bhai,bhabhi ko sambhal lijiye.. Tab se roye jarahi hai.. Health par bura asar parega." Ishaani exclaimed.
With a knowing smile,he sang to gain her attention,as he knew that he can only calm her down in this situation.
"Tere liye hi jiya main,
Khud ko jo yun de diya hai,
Teri wafa ne mujhko sambhala,
Saare ghamon ko dil se nikala,"
Riddhima's head turned at the owner of the voice. It was her Vansh. He came back. She wiped her tears and controlled her erratic heartbeats. She had a wide,teary smile on her face,which made everyone breathe in relief.
"Puttar,apni votti nu sambhal. Bechari ro ro ke kya haal bana diya khudka!!" A relative told.
She got up with the help of the ladies and walked towards him,as he opened his arms for her. She ran slowly and drowned herself in his warm embrace,feeling every inch of skin on her. She couldn't even imagine a life without him. She was his heartbeat.. Vansh also hugged her as lightly as he could,so as not to hurt Riddhima and his unborn baby.
"Tere saath mera hai naseeb juda,
Tujhe paake adhura na raha,
Hunm..
Kyunki tum hi ho
Ab tum hi ho
Zindagi ab tum hi ho
Chain bhi mera dard bhi
Meri aashiqui ab tum hi ho..."
He calmed her down after singing the last lines. All had tears in their seeing their love and prayed to Bhagwan for their keeping them together,always.
Suddenly,Vansh could feel his shirt being clutched really tightly. He could feel her nails piercing his skin. He saw her head falling back,due to the pain.
"Aaaaaaaaahhh!!!" Riddhima screamed in pain,as she held her baby bump tightly.
"Riddhima!!! Lambi saansein leti raho,beta!!! Sia,Riddhima ka maternity bag and files leke. Aryan gaari nikalo jaldi. Ishaani,hospital mein phone kar jaldi!!" Daadi ordered as she rubbed her bacchi's cold hands' while Vansh was trying to calm down his wife.
Aryan took out the car and soon,they zoomed towards the hospital.

Riddhima was straight taken inside the Operation Theatre,while,Vansh and the family members eagerly waited outside. Daadi and Riddhima's mother were continuously praying for Riddhima and her baby's safety,meanwhile,Ishaani and Sia gave company to Vansh. Ranveer and Aaryan went to fulfill the formalities.
Just then,Riddhima's doctor came outside and said what was dreaded the most.
"We need to operate on her quickly,Major Vansh!! The baby's head has turned and the umbilical cord is wrapped around the neck which isn't allowing the baby to breathe. Please sign this form so that we can start the operation." Doctor stated and signed the Nurse to forward the form.
Vansh closed his eyes and let the tears flow down . He remembered what Riddhima said when he left for his mission. He remembered those words and an instant energy came inside him and signed the form,taking Bhagwan's name.
"Aap meri biwi ko bachaiye,Doctor. Usse kuch nahi hona chahiye." Vansh replied in an authoritative tone,keeping aside his emotions, and the Doctor went inside the theatre for the surgery.
Daadi and his mother-in-law kept their hands on his each shoulder and asked him to rest for some time. Ishaani and Sia brought some biscuits and tea for everyone.
After what seemed like an eternity,a shrill cry tore away the complete silence. Everyone stood on their toes and hovered upon the doctor,as she came outside with a bundle of joy,cradled on her arms,who had a smile on her face.
"Congratulations,Major Vansh.. Maa Durga padhari hai aapke ghar.. Premature delivery hote hote bach gayi.. Bohut hi strong hai,aapki beti aur biwi bhi.."
The doctor handed the baby onto Vansh's arms,who held her ever so softly. He had tears in his eyes and hugged their piece of flesh.
"Nahi doctor,yeh dono hi bohut strong hai,sabse zyada iski Maa.. Riddhima kaisi hai??? Is she okay??? Zyada dard toh nahi hua na usse?" Vansh asked,worriedly.
"Mrs. Rai Singhania is perfectly alright. Behoshi ki halat mein bhi aapka hi naam lerahi thi.. Thori der mein Maa aur bacche ko room mein shift kardenge. Tab aap sab mil lijiyega.."
The doctor took the baby and went inside the Checkup room to examining the baby.
Everyone congratulated Vansh,while Daadi and his Mother-in-law were the super happiest one. Ishaani,Sia,Ranveer and Aryan were also happy to have a new addition to the family. They even decided her name,as well.
Daadi went and gave a tight hug to Vansh.
"Kaisa lagraha hai tujhe ek beti ka baap banke?" She asked.
"Bohut khush hu,Daadi.. Bohut khush... Aur aap toh Badi Daadi bangayi hai. Aapko bhi dher saara mubarak baad!!" Vansh hugged his Daadi.

In the hospital room:
Riddhima was awake and was playing with her daughter,who had the eyes and nose of her father,while the smile was of hers. The nurse and doctor was finished with examining them and were explaining her the do's and dont's during the post pregnancy period.
"Welcome home,meri jaan.." Riddhima welcomed her bundle of joy with tears in her eyes.
Just then,the entire Rai Singhania clan entered the private room where Riddhima was kept. They all surrounded her and blessed her wholeheartedly. The youngster group were in awe seeing the little bundle of joy.
Vansh sat beside Riddhima,who looked at him with proud eyes. He pecked her forehead,full of love and admiration for bringing their baby in this world. Riddhima snuggled more in his warm embrace,which she missed in this 1.5 months.
Aryan quickly clicked a photo of this moment. By the time,the baby went off to sleep and everyone huddled around her cot and played a little,not making noise...
Vansh and Riddhima looked at the sight before them and smiled from the bottom of their heart. She was so happy,to see the family happy and thanked Bhagwan for blessing her and her child with a loving and caring family.
"So,Mrs. Rai Singhania!!! Naam socha hai aapne humari beti ka???"
"Socha toh hai par naam rakhne ka haq toh Sia aur Ishaani ka hai na???" Riddhima replied,as she pecked his lips lightly.
"Hmm.." Vansh agrees.
He calls out Ishaani and Sia and asks them to name their niece. He also told that it should be classy yet pretty name.
"Ok bhai!!! Aap tension na lo!! Dono buao ne bohut hi acche naam soch rakkhe hai.." Ishaani and Sia chirped.
"Accha batao tum dono!! Kya naam socha hai?? Aakhir Mama ka bhi haq banta hai naam jaanne ka!!" Ranveer piped in.
"Oye!! Tu mere side se hai,matlab Chachu hai meri beti ka!!" Vansh replied with a fake anger.
"Main MaChu hunga tum dono ki beti ka!!! Riddhima bhabhi ke mooh bola bhai hu,toh uske taraf se Mama,aur tere taraf se Chachu.. Ab thik hai,kameene?" Ranveer showed him tongue.
"Zor se kaan kheech lene hai tum dono ke agar meri poti ke saamne galiyaan baki toh!!! (Vansh and Ranveer pouted,and then Turning to Ishaani and Sia) beta,chalo.. Naam batao tum dono!!!" Riddhima's mother ordered.
Ishaani and Sia whispered the name in the baby's ears' and she clapped her little hands in joy,as if understanding the ocassion..
"Bacchi ka naam hai.... UMA VANSH RAI SINGHANIA.."
As everybody heard the name,they had tears in their eyes,especially Vansh. He took his baby in his warm embrace and pecked her forehead in adoration and spoke, "Uma Vansh Rai Singhania..."
"Humari Uma.." Riddhima spoke and hugges both the baby and Vansh.
And they all lives happily ever after.
