pree trusts Rudra in terms of his actions but not her secrets. And she needs to prove that she trusts him with her secrets and that she loves him. So it is test off her to. Rudra here will need to help her find her feelings in her heart and allow them out, coz she is not doing it and may be not capable of doing it on her own
