Yes, they have to perform tests....we are talking about Tamil BB where no rules are strictly followed....However if something happens in future they may have problems legally.

Why did BB agree to have suchi,despite knowing her condition

And i know very well Bb wont take care of her properly,we already saw their negligence in monitoring contestants 2 seasons

Its better for her to not go in
