Episode 12

The market balloon scene- How does every Mishbir scene have so much charm and chemistry? It’s just so natural and smooth flowing. Even that ITV cliche heroine tripping and falling into hero’s arms didn’t look forced though they did prolong it a bit too much. Why was Mishti smiling in his arms? Because he saved her from falling?

Abir joked about Mishti putting haar on him as thanks. Itni jaldi nahin Abir 😉

He again teased her about being a Chor! Mishti is usually unfazed by his teasing but this time she did get angry at the repeated Chor thing so she throws her usual 3 questions at him, tum politician ho, school teacher ho, stuck record ho, then why do you repeat the same thing?
She threatened to pop the balloons with her hairpin (she fulfilled her threat on post marriage Holi) Mishti accused him of stealing her balloons, he claims the balloons flew to him. The balloons in this show sure know exactly where to go 😆

He tells her he won’t be able to save her again till 6pm, she still doesn’t understand what he means. Just mutters Chhoro pagal chhe and tells him not to follow her. Again Suno and Jao ❤️

Shaurya gets a call that naman is getting released from jail next day, BP tells him not to worry about tomorrow but think about today’s happiness

Jas again nibbling on kaju katli, this woman has major psychological problems, she’s eating sweets meant for Rishta waley guests🤪

Varsha prays to god that Kuhu gets as good husband and saas as she got- haha if only she knew 😆

Meenu giving tension deliberately to Abir and RJVs , if she was waiting outside in the car she could have informed them 😈

Tum itna jo Muskura rahe ho kya mystery hai jo chhupa rahe ho -Abir ke taane bhi kitni filmy hain 😆

Meenu is game for it, she has major tricks up her sleeve, Abir cannot even anticipate her next move! Kunal called Abir #1 drama queen 😆

RJVs arrive at Mah house, nanu introduced Abir and Mishti finally realized who he was. Didn’t nanu introduce Abir to Mahs at Holi party? Abir teases Mishti again about being a angry and Chor and gives her the balloons. Mish doesn’t want to fight with him in front of her family so she accepts them

abir had made up his mind already that mishti was his dulhaniya 😎 and mishti's hairpin idea - we call it khurafati dimagh 😆 and no offense but i found this suno a bit dramatic not their usual natural wala 🤔

nanu introduced him to maheshwaris but mishti wasn't there then. she was downstairs with kuhu. and neither was BM, she was getting call from naman. I loved this scene. i love thier little eyelock and mishti's expressions when she realises this banjara ladka actually has a home 😆 i love their little confrontation too angry violent ladkiya lol.

Bold: Meenu knew Mahs won’t agree to Rishta swap so Kunal’s wedding would be cancelled and she would win over Abir’s zidd . But Abir was more stubborn than her and found a way to convince Mahs that Kunal was perfect for Mishti

Yeah Mishbir formal introduction was cute

I know Mishti wasn’t there when Nanu introduced Abir but rest of the Mahs were there except BM

So Nanu introducing Abir again seemed a bit odd except for the surprise for Mishti

Rhea found the trip and fall funny 😆

Actually in this show there are very few trip and fall cliche scenes unlike most other typical shows

Abir tells Mahs that Kunal is a good singer and dancer. Yet in many scenes Kunal says he cannot dance, script mein inconsistency hai😕

Abir flirting with Jas calling her Kat was a bad idea. Aisey logon ko chane ke jhad per chadhana nahin chahiye and I felt it was inappropriate too

Kunal is a health freak only has natural drinks

Another inconsistency, they say Mishti likes natural foods like Kunal but wasn’t it Kuhu who was more into diets,health and fitness? Mishti was always the normal foodie type 😕

Abir loves cold drinks and chips? Or adrak chai and chips? 😆

Meenu smiling and saying Mishti is just like Kunal should have warned Abir about her intentions 😈

Waisey Mishti’s and Kunal’s nature did match, both serious, studious, devoted to family type. But then love theory goes that opposites attract! Isiliye Kuhu attracted to Kunal and Abir to Mishti.

Meenu telling Mishti she liked her. Probably they would have hit it off if not for that Ketu video thing and Meenu’s illogical dislike of the earring girl advising Ketu to refuse her GD

Meenu also remembered Kuhu saying at Kutch that she had saved Ketu

She deliberately sends Abir to get the heirloom necklace from the car so she can do Rishta swap without Abir’s interference. Kitni cunning hai Meenu, back then in her most dangerous form. 😈

Why wasn’t Kuhu wearing Akshara’s dupatta that BM so lovingly gifted her? 🤓

As soon as Abir leaves Meenu declares she chose Mishti for Kunal shocking everyone.

This is why in our time, sisters were not allowed to come in front of prospective groom and his family so that the other sister doesn’t get chosen instead.

BP tried to make light of it saying Meenu liked to joke like her son Abir.

Meenu’s plan was to cancel Rishta by choosing the other girl, she thought Mahs will reject the match as she swapped the Rishta but then ziddi Abir presented Kunal as Mishti’s savior at the hospital and the Mahs melted, BM thought Kunal would always protect Mishti from Naman 🤔

Abir was so determined to settle Nanko’s life that he sacrificed his growing attraction for Mishti. Tabhi se it’s indicated that he won’t hesitate to sacrifice Mishti for Nanko anytime in future too.

Meenu claims that Kunal’s and Kuhu’s nature’s won’t match but Mishnal would as both are serious, calm type with similar choices and tastes.

Meenu apologizes for the confusion and invites mah family to Ketu’s wedding.

Kunal not happy with Meenu’s choice, he liked Kuhu from the start. Nanu apologizes to mah family, they were all blindsided by Meenu’s Gehri Chaal 😈

Kuhu heartbroken runs out, Mishti runs behind her and crashes into Abir, only tells him that his mom rejected Kuhu. Abir is shocked. Mish tells him when boys family rejects the girl a lot of things break off alongwith the Rishta. And that was exactly Meenu’s intention

Mishti stops short of telling Abir that Meenu had chosen her instead.

I love BM's innocense and the way she started praising mishti when meenu asked about her likings 😳

bold - maybe that didnt go with her dress? 🤔🤓 she was a fashionista after all.

bold and underline - i still think she made this plan on the spot. 😳

italic - he did, didn't he? He kept looking at her with equally hurt feelings in his eyes but then he agrees to whoever meenu choses for him.

Felt bad for kuhu but only until she opened her mouth and started blaming mishti for it and how delusional can someone be to compare FB likes to winning something? perfect example of how not live in virtual world 🤓

I agree with shaurya and Varsha, meenu was really mean. She could've just said no over the phone

Atul's audition scene: if mami hadn't eaten that dhokla in the afternoon, atul would've had a bigger role in our show 😭

loved what abir said to meenu

BB broke both of her sons hearts with her one decision 🥺

No comments for mishti-kuhu-varsha scene..varsha is such a selfish woman 😡

Varsha didn't know if meenu already liked mishti or just changed her mind..she's just saying IF meenu had already liked mishti, then why couldn't say it earlier

Kunal is Meenu ka munna, her robot son who would just follow his mother’s choice.

Meenu might have made up the plan of Rishta swap on the spot when she heard about Mishti’s likes and hobbies. But her aim was to piss off the Mahs so they break off all matchmaking.

Akshara’s dupatta actually matches Kuhu’s dress color but she still didn’t wear it

BM is typical doting mom and didn’t suspect anything when Meenu started asking details of Mishti.

Abir prasiing jas and calling her katrina Abir beta, dont be so friendly so soon, she is going to be your future almost-sautan's mom 😈 (sautan ka male version kya hota hain btw) 😆 and cvs are such a katrina fans, but jas ko kyun bola? kat fan in me is offended 😔

What was on meenu's mind before coming to maheshwaris btw? Because she got idea of rishta swapping after hearing about mishti's liking and all no? So before that what was her plan? To just refuse kuhu? And then hearing mishti, she just got an added benefit to further hurt the family by insulting them more?

BM is SO sweet, when meenu asked about what mishti likes, everyone was startled about motive behind that question including mishbir and BP but BM started lisitng all her qualities, typical mom 😳

kitni chalakhi se meenu sent abir out, she knew abir would not have stayed quiet with all her rishta swap plan😳

Hero- heroine scene is just the one we all don't dare to question....bachpan se TV pe dekhthe aayi Hoon toh one get conditioned to it🤣

Anyways...kuch Sparks hone keliye physical proximity toh hona chahiye na...

Chalo...it was a romantic scene..

Bechari bachi jiskeliye woh balloons actually kharidi Gayi thi...

And how come Abir has the balloons with him when he goes to Mahs in the evening...??🤔

Meenu was well prepared for the two pronged attack after confirming that Kuhu is the earring girl...

One side planning to beat Abir by first discrediting him in front of the family as draamebaaz..😆 then toppling his plans to get Nanko married..

Second attack was planned against Mahs..

She has problem with the girl who said that things to ketki as well as the family who gave her such values..

Of course she had planned the swap earlier as she had met both girls and Kuhu kinda gave bad impression and Mishty gave a good impression..

And she was sure that no selfrespecting family will agree to this swap ..and chapter close..

Abir being sent out was just the perfect time for her to put her cards down..

Not even caring for her dad's I mean Nanu's prestige...

Just her own end mattered to her...

And by rejecting Kuhu she also wanted her to be subjected to societies taane's too...

She was ready to send away Kunal..saying ppl will be talking...but the real intention was to keep him away from Abir and immersed in work.
