1. Gratitude is the key to success. Accepting what it is and being happy for what you have is the key to true happiness.


2. Grateful to have meals on the table.


3. Spent couple of hours taking my mother to the salon. It was a long wait.

1. Since pandemic my healthy lifestyle routine has become a mess. Trying to adapt a plan.


2. Knowing that every person have a different way of expressing their love. If we learn that, life becomes less stressful.


3. I lady called me today by mistake. She was in a panic mode, I asked her not to stress too much. She said I am so sorry to bother you. I let her know if I can help you in any way please let me know. She shared her story with me. I offered her help.

1. I like to educate people that seeing a counselor does not mean something is wrong with you. It means you need more guidance. Mental health education is so much important. We need to know how our brain functions, what part of our brain trigger fear and lose of hope. Everything has a connection to it.


2. Enjoy your today. It is so important to enjoy your today. We need to enjoy your today.


3. Grab a pen and see how you can contribute to your community. Make your community better, safe and assure your neighbors have 3 meals to eat. If you know someone is going through a financial crisis, please support them. Do not say if you need anything then contact me. Analyze it and if you are 100% sure that they have no meal on the table. Then go ahead and give them the food. Not the money but the actual food. Because chances are if they are not having 3 meals a day, then it means they are losing vitamins in their body along energy. I am aware it is not your responsibility to take care of them but it is our responsibility to ensure our neighbor and community are in safe hands.

1. 10 weeks to go for 2021. This year went so fast!


2. Made brownies. So grateful for everything


3. I had a strange experience with a cashier. I told her twice about drink taste was not the same. After few attempts, she said if I like to have a different drink. I noticed her behavior was different. She might be going through a rough day. She kept apologizing. I said no, it is not your fault. And left by take care and have a good day.

October 25, 2020


1. Grateful to learn about memory. Worked on Psychology assigned and learned about memory and how it affects our brain. It was really interesting.


2. Stayed home, and enjoy quiet time. When people says lets move fast, know that follow your intuition and do what is best for your body and soul. Life and feelings should not be a competition. Enjoy your journey.


3. A lady told me how she was inspired by our conversation and that made me feel very happy. Be an inspiration to others.

Welcome to the club, Yes it is open for everyone. Please introduce yourself or share anything you like. The goal for this club was so we can open ourselves and release our worries. October 26, 2020


1. Just take one day at a time. I told myself not rush anything. Rushing comes from Satan and being patience comes from God.


2. Two more months to go, doing a lot of organizing and planning how to complete 2020. This year has been a life changing for me, full of shocks, surprises and transformation.


3. Starting November 1, 2020 will be changing my diet to a healthy lifestyle. My only goal is to live my life to the fullest. Eat the food that will give me healing, enjoy good food, even if it is cold, enjoy the nature. Help in the community, bring some relief.
