You folks are awesome... Thank you....so much....I have a hyperactivity problem....if I don't use my energy for something good...I wake up my family as I start playing basketball in the middle of the night or do diving practice in the swimming pool...........my fam. pressure is always on to keep me occupied or else their sleep....will divorce...them...........
