I think writter is working so hard and trying to relate the storyline with festival and its importance because it is said in scriptures that navratri pooja is incomplete without respecting brothel girls,dancers,mildmaids etc.so,he/she had tried to link the tradition with the social issue of serial .my guess is heera mandi track is recently added by him in script but well handled right that's y dragging is little more than usual .End of the story is every women should be respected which is equal to workshiping durga maa ❤️
