He was because he said to the rest that they can't discuss about nomination but when they said they can he didn't stop them. He never wears mike and doesn't stop the others from breaking the rules. He can't take a decision without others getting involved. So BB biased or not, he was a disappointment.

His discussion about Nomination was the biggest blunder he had done

I have not watch recent episode but poor guy if they taken away his captain. Seems like people like negative characters like rubina or nikki to be the captain because they can boss people around and look down upon them with insults.

the only thing i find unfair in this situation is nikki/jaan not getting punished for entering the red zone

if nishant is getting punished for not stopping them hard enough

then they should be punished too for breaking the rules in the first place

this could be used as a strategy later on to just break rules in the captaincy of a contestant you dont like

Nishant was mediocre, did not use his brain at all and did whatever anyone asked him to do. Doing too much double dholki, switching sides and looking lost. Showed zero leadership skills.

Rules were being broken even during his presence yet he did not do anything. Him telling Eijaz Pavitra to convince Nikki was dumb. Him doing dishes when he was the captain was also dumb because as a captain his responsibility was to make sure everyone does their duty.

Punishment was way too harsh esp when he was captain just for one day. Shouldve given him a strict warning instead and if he repeated these mistakes foolishness then they shouldve removed him. Hopefully BB is consistent with these decisions because we know full well they conveniently ignore this for certain favored contestants.

Gotta say, Nikki and Jaan getting zero punishement for entering red zone was bullshit!

Not a good captain at all. No leadership qualities . He was doing what others were asking him to, breaking rules o not such an issue coz others are breaking a lot too but he but nominaction discuss nai karni chahiye and he was least concerned abt it . Being a captain he should take th responsibility seriously but he held no authority and jaisay mood pe tha k bas captain room and title baki kuch bhi nai.

He was learning. Red zone is introduced for the first time. He was probably thinking BB will punish them bcz that's what BB said when redzone was introduced. Taking suggestion isn't a bad thing neither is it against rules. Captains job is to make sure houseduties are done not who is doing it. We have seen caps work in past seasons and they infact were appreciated. not wearing a mic was a mistake. Pavitra was sleeping but he can't be omnipresent. Had he not bothered after kukudukoo blasting would have been justified. Only punishable offence was discussing nomination but snatching captaincy was harsh. Should have warned him.

The entire episode was looking scripted . BB dint want him to be captain

He planned a lot for this captaincy also went against Nikki beyond her back but he made too many mistakes as captain in single day. He is a confused soul as getting suggestion from everyone. He doesn't even ready to ask Nikki to come out of red zone being a captain lol. Jas, Ruby, Abhi are telling to follow the rules as captain. I think that his leadership qualities are very poor and shouldn't went for first captaincy. Bigg boss is right this time. I wanted Nikki and Jaan too punished along with Nishant.

I know he failed in the test & got scolded by salman isn't it natural even when students fail in their test teachers scold them for their mistake so that they won't repeat the mistake or negligence again in their performance

I hope salman gave him a good scolding & guided him to be careful in future🙂
