I agree...there should be some strict restrictions in place...people tend to behave like idi....NYC has been pretty good after their earlier disaster.....but CT doesn't look learned anything...they have phase 3 operations in the...red zones as well....

Yes...you're correct...there were quite a few earlier....now Fairfield.....& 18 others are there....over the summer...Greenwich, Darien & few other towns were having clusters...but that came down....but cities like Stamford, Norwalk...etc. are on and off......
