I dont think theres anything wrong with raising an issue if you have a problem. With Salman, I did not like the sucking up either but from what I can see, rubina is a Salman fan and she doesnt want to hurt him because it will look bad. The disappointment is clear in her eyes though, Salman is not what she thoguht and she clearly had high opinions of BB and Salman.

I think rubina just needs to become stronger and stand to Salman because she clearly gets affected by his comments.

That’s quite a black or white approach, and a rather gross generalization of the people that aren’t blown away by Rubina’s CR routine 🤔

So if one doesn’t buy into a woman arbitrarily expressing outrage, they prefer submissive women? I’m sorry - I actually take offense to that contention. And it’s ridiculous to boot IMO.

There has to be sense and semblance and substance to an instance of outrage for me to take it seriously, not to mention some credibility. As WTF outlined - she lost any credibility her outrage had when she sucked up to Salman, and then accused BB of escalating the matter when he offered a solution.

I’m not gonna fall over myself simply because a woman speaks up or takes outrage on something or anything. LMAO.

but I really wanna know what she has done to evoke this much of strong reactions. chalo, pasand apna apna.

I dunno about others but for me personally I just don’t like her sense of entitlement and feel like she has some sort of a superiority complex.

For me everyone’s equal in the house be it Ruby or someone like Jaan or Shehzad.

I just don’t like the arrogance I see in Ruby and to a lesser extent in Abhinav.

As for what she’s done to evoke strong reactions - it doesn’t necessarily have to be a specific thing one did. With Shukla - more than anything, I detested his attitude and behaviour - how he treated other people.

And that is what I find difficult to stand in Rubina - she’s hella elitist, talks to and behaves with people so condescendingly and as though they’re beneath her. She demeans people. Shukla did the same - the only difference is in the style of condescension. So for me - Ruby so far = Shukku 2.0, minus the violence.

Baat to sahi kahi aapne, no doubt. Nothing is black and white.

However, rubina does come across as an elitist. She has a way, without being outright evident, of looking down upon people. And its her sense of superiority which repels common people. I have watched a few episodes of Shakti. She is nothing at all like that character she plays there, and i think people are not able to relate to her because of that. It isn't about being submissive or abla naari, imo. Even while eashmi was a quiet person, she wasn't an abla naari. Its about what viewership relates to.

She is very chalu, selectively dumb and manipulates others including salman and big boss whenever she can. I hate her

Exactly this.

I mean Sallu toh hai hi shitty, but just because someone is "supposedly" taking a stand against him, I can't just support that person only for this reason. Especially when that said person herself has also shown traits of being a nasty personality.

And idhar toh usne bina foundation waala outrage kiya hua hai.

no no, this post is not about my favourite, your favourite or their favourite or who’s winning/losing. I really wanted to know kya Ruby sach mein buri hai and how?

and I have come to a conclusion ‘to each their own.’

I would always support a contestant who stands their ground. But just because Rubina speaks her POV does not mean her other flaws can be overlooked. I find her arrogant, manipulative, and fake...hence unlikeable.
