I am facing problems too.. I got mine from college and i hardly have used it, now only due to this quarantine, and the sound system is troubling me a lot.

Yup me too feel the same, my friend 's Del one is absolutely fine

That too in this Lockdown I started using it so much

It suddenly shuts off when the battery reaches 37 percent and then has to be plugged in to get on

And also once the whole system got corrupt and I had to install a brand new software product

This is so annoying😳

Is your warranty period over? i have got a warranty of 5 year and i am planning to get it checked or replaced once the disease is controlled..
