In bb house Sid, Hina and Gauhar are seniors and either winners or finalists so obvio Eijaz who has self esteem issues would look for their validation.

He hasn’t seen past seasons so he’s just going by the fact that these 3 people were very successful in their seasons so he’s seeking their advice and wants validation from them.

Audience knows how Sid actually was last season but since Eijaz doesn’t watch bb he obvio doesn’t. So I would say he doesn’t know any better and I would give him a pass for that cuz of his obvious psychological issues.

Why are the other contestants willing to keep Nikki at a higher level than them? They know its a competition right?

I think she was right in replying back to Jaan and Nish that yeh sab problem thi toh pehle kyu nahi bola. These both have been pretty responsible in enabling her. Atleast Rahul attempt to karta hai usse samjhane ka.

Abhi bada Jaan lecture de raha hai. He should have told her off from the very beginning.

Tbh though - I think they do try; we've seen bits and pieces of Jaan and even Nish mentioning it. Though to what extent I don't know. The content, however, of what was said is true - at least what Nish said in the sneak peak - ke aaj tumhara waqt hain, kal kisi aur ka hoga. Tamboli needs to get that - every day in this house aint gonna be rosy for her - she's no Shukla.
