For RB's the moment of realization was Prem's death. There was this scene where he discusses stuffs with Gupta that AP differences are growing post Prem's death. Bajaj taunts him that he must be very happy after all. Bajaj stops and rebukes him for his comment and says this is not a time for such joke, he is worried for Prerna. He now just wants Prerna to be happy, doesnt matter with whom.
He stopped then and there about his obsession to separate AP. Being a man with selfish characteristics (which is not a bad thing IMO), of course he wouldn't try to unite AP, especially after watching the filthy behaviour of Anurag post Prem's death, but his focus was more to destroy Anurag for causing pain to Prerna, rather than creating MUs. I'd say go for it man.
But I truly love Anurag1 too now.More after witnessing AB2 I'd say. Except for being a weak man, AB1 really didnt have much to do around. I loved his redemption track too, along with RB's in KZK1.0. Both men were really responsible for the turmoils in Prerna's life, and Prerna was and will always be my most fav char as I watch KZK through her lenses. I moved on to Bajaj officially after Anurag hurt her bad and really wanted Prerna to destroy AB. How kiddish were we.
AB1 is gold infront of AB2.. anyway i always will be happy with the fact ekta ne AP married life dikhaya for 1 month of journey and it is proved how much he was panauti for prerna's life.. prerna would never be happy in basu family with him . more than bajaj , it was anurag for him her life got turmoil .bajaj toh the hawa ka jhnoka .. but for pre AB was from beginning . kher his only redemption was for me during PRB's second marriage.

I watched this show name begusarai lakhan and Poonam this two were poll apart. He liked her but she liked someone else who was his cousin. He was intense crazy man who found out she liked someone else on their wedding night and he flipped like anything and in rage he hated her so much and tortured her along with himself that she fell for someone else beside him since he thought of her only since childhood. He hated her but took care of her and even tolerated beating for her and saves her. It was interesting show bit old fashioned but better then what ekta showed which was plain horror
